RAK Giveaway Info / Rules updated
{Please click on the RAK button above to be re-directed to our Book Soulmates Store on Amazon. You can find all your favorite titles there and add them to your shopping cart.}
Yay! Our favorite time of the month is here again {and no, we are soooo not talking about 'the monthly visitor'} It's RAK time baby! We are incredibly grateful for all the participation and kindness that's being shown. This is our 6th month hosting this feature and it has grown to 344 national and international participants already! Books {and kindness} are being sent all over the world! How cool is that?! We are in awe. We are so proud of each and everyone of you that have helped make this feature a success.
So in honor of YOU, our amazing kindness givers, we've decided to have a giveaway! Woohoo!
$20 Giftcard to Amazon!
Simple Giveaway Rules:
The giveaway is open to participants ONLY.
Please post about RAK and the giveaway info on your blog and paste link in the same google doc that you use to sign up for RAK
OR
If you don't have a blog, you can still be entered by tweeting about it or Facebooking it and TAG US.
{If you don't have the link by the time you sign up for the RAK itself, then please email me and I'll add it}
That's it :)
IMPORTANT: If you do not wish to sign up for the giveaway then please leave a comment in the comments section of the google doc.
Now on to the RAK rules!
RULES RE-CAP -
NEW request added:
Sign up each month that you'd like to participate.
- Show off your participation by grabbing our RAK button :)
- Create a wish list (on Amazon, Goodreads, or your blog etc) and post it in the Google Doc located in each R.A.K post for the month.
- If you choose to do a R.A.K for someone, check out their wish list and contact that blogger for their address.
- *NEW* Please, once you receive a RAK, email or tweet me {Vanessa} so that I can update the Google doc. There are a lot of requests for this!
- *NEW* E-book participation is limited to files being gifted directly to a person from the e-book store. Amazon's Kindle Store is set up to allow this, as well as the Kobo store and we believe Barnes & Noble as well.
- At the end of the month, SHOW US YOUR R.A.K! Make a post saying 'Thank You' to whoever granted one of your wishes and share it with us :)
Let's keep our International bloggers in mind and in our hearts.
Remember, there's always the Book Depository and they offer FREE shipping!
Easy peezy!!

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us via the following:
Vanessa at twerd413[at]gmail[dot]com or @booksoulmates
{On a blogcation} Isalys at booksoulmates[at]gmail[dot]com or @isabooksoulmates
(Twitter is the fastest method though.}
Good Luck to all the Giveaway participants and thanks for joining and passing on the kindness! You guys ROCK!!
**IMPORTANT NOTES**
- When talking about RAK on Twitter, please use the hastag (#RAK). It makes it much easier to keep track of the conversations, answer questions and/or tweet back! =)
- When submitting your wish list, please make sure that it is set to PUBLIC viewing. Some people have run into trouble with wish lists that were set to private. We want to be sure that no one is left out of getting great RAKs.
- Some of you seem to have gotten frustrated because you can't get your links to appear active. This is a very easy fix :) Just make sure that when you enter your link, do NOT hit the Enter key. Instead, hit the TAB key which will send you to the next field on the form. Additional spaces entered after the link will leave the link inactive. However, if this does happen to you...no worries, we'll fix it for you :)
Sorry, I forgot to add my blog to the name part, can you fix that?
ReplyDeleteFranny @ Mind Reader
I put my wishlist link in wrong. :( How do I fix it? This is the right link:

ReplyDeleteThis should be fun, hopefully I'll be able to get a couple of books out to a couple of different peeps this month. I am hoping to send off at least one, though. :)
