Jerry Morris submitted the Waldo Leon Rich bookplate .Mr.Rich (1853-1930) was a bank teller from Saratoga Springs, New York who among other things collected,birds, butterflies, and rare books.

The doctor's plate (remind me to cancel my appointment with Dr. Brauer ) was submitted by Colin Walsh who under the supervision of Sarah Burge is in the process of digitizing the medical bookplate collection of the Cushing Whitney Medical Historical Library at Yale University.

I am intrigued by this plate because I would like to know who this guy was (is).There is a Leonard Sillman who produced the New Faces musical reviews on Broadway.Perhaps he is the owner.I just ordered his autobiography at ABE Books to see if I can find a clue. .
