Last month, I made myself a goal to walk/jog everyday. Read about it here.
I did 50 miles for the month of April.
For the month of May, I knew I wanted to keep up my daily walking. I didn't have a goal in mind for the total I wanted to walk. I'm still walking/jogging on my treadmill. I still have the incline on 3.0 and my speed is still on 3.0 or 3.2. For jogging my speed is on 4.0.

21st- 20 minutes- 1 mile
22nd- 20 minutes- 1 mile
23rd- IN RVA ALL DAY
24th- 1 hour- 3.2 miles
25th- 1 hour- 3.1 miles
26th- 20 minutes- 1 mile
27th- 20 minutes- 1 mile
28th- GOT UP EARLY FOR APPOINTMENT & WORKED LATE
29th- 20 minutes- 1 mile
30th- IN RVA ALL DAY
31st- 1 hour- 3.1 miles
= 45 miles for the MONTH! I didn't walk every day because sometimes life gets in the way and that's okay. I'm still happy with making it to 45 miles for the month.
