I love Sammi's voice!

What have I been doing these few weeks? Basically...nothing much. Tht's why I don even bother to update my blog...everyday is abt the same, eat, play, sleep like a typical pig.

well, suddenly found myself to grow fond of Sammi cheng's singing....well, I really find her voice very unique and strong. And pretty low too...my voice is also low too so I can sing her songs (I wanna practise and sing her songs). Even though I loved her singing, shes' not my idol..haha! My idol is still the one and only Bernice Liu! It's cos of her tht I loved Cantonese!

I noe Sammi has a lot of songs, but surprisingly, even though I loved her voice, I found most of her songs are not my favourites...perhaps I'm not used to certain types of her songs..

So far, I've listened and liked : “放不低”，“理想對象”，“問我”，“唯獨你是不可取替”，“如果你有事”(Female version of Andy lau's song), “終身美麗”
I have to thank Mich for giving me the songs (except the last 2) .... I liked all of them but I think I would prefer a faster version of 唯獨你是不可取替, It would be better. I'm currently trying to find more of her songs tht I find I liked and I will try to learn how to sing them...it's a pity tht I still don't understand much Cantonese even though I've improved abit but still not good enough.
Think only lvl 1. Too bad most of the lyrics doesn't have the pinyin one and I have to learn cantonese and translate myself. :(

Well, she also sanged the "紅綠燈" (the original singer is 鄭融) and this is the song tht I loved too..tht time went to kbox wif huisun and shirley, wanna find this song and sing but I couldn't find it cos all these while I tot the original singer is sammi -.-!! cos this song fits her vocal range so well! In the end I go and search on youtube and I made a comparison on her version and the original singer 鄭融's version. Well, not biased but to say the truth, I prefer sammi's more...I've attached the video below...go take a look at their singing and see which one u prefer...

Those who agreed wif me, see (hear) wad I mean? She just has so much emotion in her singing..I mean sammi...all her songs, she has added in the right emotions, just simply loved it. She's really a talented singer! Cool!

What a weather!

Today because of the stormy weather, I couldn't go out and jog wif Sherlyn...wad a pity! It's always like that...when I wanna jog, the weather sux..tht's it.

So I've been like holidaying at home after my contract...doing nothing except to eat, sleep and surf net like a nerdy pig...though I did go for a jog or cycled to the sembawang park, but it's like only a few times, no wonder I'm still so fat wif layers and layers of rice terraced tummy....

So besides eat and sleep? Yah..I did some reading... O.0 Reading? Kidding me? No way is fatty ST gg to read a book...wahaha! I just can't seem to read a book properly, I get distracted easily when reading a book..or should I say is becos of the book tht I'm reading is too dry and boring for me to keep on reading? But I must cultivate my reading habits to prepare myself gg to NTU this Aug...have to read properly....Oh yes..I did read the newspaper...the entertainment section..wahaha!

Lately, I've been attracted to play Flash Escape games...those like u're trapped in a room and need to find clues (normally not logically) to get the hell outta the rm...so far..the best tht I've played is the "vision" and "my diamond baby"...great developers of the game! I wanna learn frm them and program one flash escape game for myself too...I've got everything planned...the tools and clues, the settings and how to link one clue after another but I don have the skills to do so..I need to learn how to do but I noe it'll be time consuming for one reading disordered person like me..but if I have the passion, I'll definitely go and learn!

It'd be fun if u could program one out and let ppl play and comment on ur game...be it nice or not nice, really admire the programmers! Wanna learn frm them...see who's kind hearted enough to teach me the idiot...wahaha!

And now I'm bored to death and just keep on singing the cantonese songs...practise my vocal skills...love singing..wad a great thing to do for relaxation!
