Weekend at Grandma and Grandpa's

This past weekend we went up to Show Low to see Grandma and Grandpa Frost. It had been awhile since we've been up there and Marissa was hoping to play in the snow. Here are some pics from our trip.

Grandma had to go down to the church building to make copies of the Sunday program so Marissa and Owen went and had fun running around in the gym.

It finally snowed. Sunday we woke up to about and inch. After church we all changed and had some fun! Mariss loved throwing snow balls at dad, most of them didn't even come close to hitting dad but she still had fun.

It took Owen a while to get use to the snow, but once he did he had a blast!

Date Night

Last night Brock and I went to the Suns game compliments of my older bro Aaron. He gave Brock tickets for his b-day. We had a lot of fun! We went to Fridays Front Row at Chase field before the game and had some delicious food, highly recommend the BBQ Ravioli Bites. Mmmm, I'm craving them right now. Brock had never been to a Suns game so he was super excited. They played the Bulls and unfortunately the Suns lost, it was still fun to be in the stadium with all the fans. It's nice to get out just Brock and I. Our time together is limited because he'll be leaving for boot camp in May.

Suns warming up and if you look closely you can see in the front row the man in the yellow sweater, that's Mohamed Ali! He was at the game last night!!!

Just thought you might like to see the lady's head in front of us. Yikes, sorry.

Mustache Bash 2008

This past saturday was the 1st Annual Mustache Bash. It was so much fun! All the gentlemen had to grow mustaches, and the ladies had to have a "throw back" hair style. The dress code was Ugly Christmas sweaters and man did everyone deliver. It was so funny to see everyone as they walked in. Here are a few pics from the party. If you want to see more click here!!

What a lovely couple!

Thanks everyone for coming and making this a night we will never forget!!

I tried

Ok, so I tried to take pictures of my kids and oh boy that was quite the experience. I went in thinking oh yeah I'll get some great pictures of them together looking at the camera and smiling, everything looking perfect and professional. Umm no, that did not happen. Not even close. Owen would not sit still, Marissa was making funny faces, my moms arm would be in the picture because she was trying to keep Owen from rolling down the hill, Owen crying, Marissa giving attitude (she was not having fun and she was not afraid to show it). Thanks mom for helping me attempt the impossible. Here are a few pictures of my wonderful, very well behaved children.

Owen was trying to get in and play on the playground.

Owen had burned his hand on thanksgiving and that is why he has a sock on his hand.

This is when her attitude started to show, can't you tell.

Little Chef

On the eve of Thanksgiving Marissa wanted so bad to help Grandma Frost make her traditional noodles. Marissa was assigned to be the flour girl. It was the perfect job for her because in this recipe you need A LOT of flour and she made sure we had a lot. It was so funny to watch her. It was 10:30 at night and she didn't care. She stayed and helped the entire time from start to finish. She had flour all over her pajamas! She was a great little chief, and the noodles turned out great on Thanksgiving! She cooks better then me, which isn't very hard.
