More About Hall Stay Applications

Just to inform the SEP/NOC seniors, the applications for hall stay for you all starts at June 1st 2009:)

Also for those who didn't got to stay at SH, but was given another residence, please DO NOT REJECT YOUR OFFER first, the JCRC is currently settling it with OSA.

For those who got their offer, please remember to press the "accept offer" button, as I've saw some of the juniors happily close the window after they saw their offer from the hall.

Lastly, do inform me if you have enough points but could not get to stay in sheares and I will appeal to the JCRC. The cut off points for this year is 45.5 for both international and local students. PLEASE DO NOT BLUFF ME THAT YOU DIDN'T GET INTO HALL ALTHOUGH YOU HAVE ENOUGH POINTS(esp a certain ATTY) as it will hinder the work of the JCRC and they might be unable to process the appeals for other shearites.

Stressful period of march...

Recent heavy workloads of school and hall commitment has given me a lot of stress. Luckily I have some caring emails from my dear block commers who wish to share my woes and troubles. As I was reading an email from a certain female block commer, I felt very happy and touched until I came to this sentence.

"Rmb, we are ur block commers, we are suppose to be there for you in times of need, you are not alone okay? (of cos la.... you always got KKJ wat!)"

@_@ I guess I am not the only one who is stressed around here...

Night of 77 Stars

Dear C-Towners,

You are cordially invited to attend our annually-held Night of 77 Stars, an event exclusively bought to you by Block C Block Committee 08/09.

This year, the theme of our performance is ‘Journey to the C’ (C游记). C-towners will be showcasing their talents in a story that depicts how the Monkey God protects his master in a journey fraught of dangers that culminates in the attainment of ‘True Fruit’ when they reach the legendary C-town.

Details of the performance are as below:

Date : 25 March 2009 (Wednesday)

Time : 730pm

Venue : CD Grass Patch

Food and beverages will be provided during the performance. You are also welcomed to invite your friends and family along.
