Yes.....Kahlaya Grace was born exactly one week ago today. We are so proud of Alivia for being so strong and brave during her delivery.

I did a 5K

Last month I was in a 5k with my niece Melissa, "The Jingle Bell Walk/Run". It was a very chilly day here in the Northwest, but we were determined. It was so much fun! We kind of walk/ran it. Ever since then I have been determined to walk more in 2012,infact I am going to keep tract of the miles I walk this year. So far I am up to 40 miles walked. Here are a couple pictures of us.
