We've been teaching Emma a few new tricks, and some she's just picked up on her own. She's a born dancer and singer, so we decided to make her the next Beyonce. If you've ever seen the "Single Ladies" music video, you'll know what I'm talking about. One part of the video Beyonce sing "Uh uh oh" and shakes her hand back and forth. I was dancing and singing in the car one day when the radio was playing that song, and Emma picked up the move. We finally have her on video!
We've been trying to teach her how to walk because we're sick of her crawling to our legs, pulling herself up, and then whining because she wants us to walk so she can walk. However, she's stubborn (surprising, I know) so she won't walk when we want her to, but only when she's distracted by a toy. Her latest "toys" are curtains, blankets, clothes, and anything else she can suffocate herself with. She likes to put them over her face and then breathe really heavy and take it off again. YIKES! Sorry the video quality is so bad on this one. I had to have the lights low enough so that I could hide the camera. Every other time I tried taping her, she just crawls to me and wants to eat the camera.

hahaha so apparently that last post was actually from my dad because i was accidentally signed in on their computer when he looked at it and posted. :)
What a smart and very beautiful baby. She seems so intent on learning and has a very serious nature around her. Something like somebody I use to know at that age
