Larriette & Cheer Review

Delaney's first year as a cheerleader - her sophomore year.
She asked Matt Alldredge to escort her to the review,
and this is how he answered her. . .
Delaney looked beautiful! And they
looked great together! She borrowed Katy's
dress, and we found a tie that matched perfectly.
The parents walk the girls out to be introduced.
It was really fun!
The Larriette's & Cheerleaders did a formal dance
with their escorts - they did a great job.
Then they did a funky novelty dance - really cute!
For the famous "Dad's Dance," the dads dressed up
like robots - this is the robot head Terry made.
It was awesome!
Mr. Roboto
Then they turned into rockers!
It's always a hoot to watch the dads dance!

Dance Recital

Kennedie & Kierra at their Revolutions Dance
recital. They did some really pretty dances
this year, and had cute costumes.
They looked so grown up and elegant.
With their dance teacher - Wendy.
Great job, girls!!

Kalin's Junior Prom

Kalin went to his Junior Prom with Kaelee Johnson.
He met her when he went to a dance in Cedar City with
his cousin Katy (they double-dated). He came home and told
me he had met this cool girl named Kaelee. I asked if her last
name was Johnson, and he said yes. She just happens to be my
good friends Aaron & Michele Johnson's daughter! He couldn't
believe I knew her - I've known her since she was a baby.
Small world!! So he asked her to Prom...
For their day date they went on an ATV ride to Peek-a-boo.
They had fun on the sand dunes...
And checking out the slots....
Terry, Kelsie, and Matt went too.
Kelsie had a little accident - tipped the ATV right over!
They came back to the house to get ready. Kalin even
knocked on the front door to pick her up at our house.
It was really cute!
Here they are all ready to go!
For their dinner, the moms prepared all the food so
the whole class could eat together. I did the chocolate
fountain with lots of yummy stuff to cover in chocolate.
It was a really nice dinner, and nice that the kids didn't
have to go out and pay for a dinner.
The decorations were awesome! They had a cool chandelier,
and great masks on the tables. They did a great job!
Kalin escorted and danced the Promenade with
his classmate Abbey Daley. They did a great job.
Then the dance began...
Kalin & Kaelee had a really fun time together!
It's fun to live in a small town where the parents get
to go watch the Promenade and see the kids dressed
up. Kaelee thought that was really cool and wished
they did that in Cedar City.
I got to dance with Kalin...
And Terry danced with Kaelee.
We did a little dancing too - we had a blast with the Hortons!
Kelsie & Delaney were there to check it all out.
Yes, I think they had fun!
A memorable night for Kalin at his
Junior Prom.

Bridesmaids

Kaylie & Chris got married!
Kelsie was Maid of Honor and Delaney was a bridesmaid.
They all had such cute hairstyles, dresses, and
lockets that Kaylie gave them. They were all beautiful!
Terry & I went to the wedding.
What a wonderful day it was at the
St. George Temple.
We couldn't be happier for them! They are
a great couple and we wish them every happiness!
Kelsie, Delaney & I made the truffles for her
reception - all 500 of them! It was really fun
and didn't they turn out cute?!

Blue Man Group

Kelsie, Kalin, Delaney, & I went to
Blue Man Group
in Las Vegas with the KHS music group.
Delaney & Kelsie on the bus ride down.
I sat by my friend Nicole -
we had a great time visiting.
We sat in the "Splash Zone," however,
we were disappointed that we didn't get the
least bit of paint splashed in our direction.
Krissie's family went too!
I don't think they got splashed either.
But we did get these stylish plastic jackets.
Kalin was hoping to get covered in paint.
No such luck. But we did have a really fun time.
Blue Man & Kelsie having a heart to heart talk.
Me & Delaney with Blue Man. They were a little
creepy, they didn't say a word - just stared at you.
Staring contest. I think he won.
It was an interesting show - one I have
wanted to see for a long time.
