If you look closely, you can see it on her bottom gum. She eats all kinds of food with it, pears, sweet potatoes and even some Morningstar Farms nuggets.
We took this picture today at the playground we call Dinosaur Park not far from our house. It has a double sided baby swing, I suppose so you can face the baby either way. We turned it into a two-seater.
On Friday night, we had some smores with our neighbors and a little bonfire between the houses. So awesome having such nice neighbors to spend QT with.

Ivy has her first tooth!

Sometimes you just want moments to last. Last Monday, after Jim Thome hit his 600th home run he remarked how when he was rounding first base, he wished that he could slow down the clock and make the moment last. At about the same time he hit it, I was thinking the same thing: Ezra and I were outside pretending to water ski around the back yard with a simple rope and both of us running in circles. It was a game that Christina had made up with him earlier. He was pretty good at pretending too - with his little "thumbs up" signal and his small wooden water skis.
I feel bad about not being able to blog. We've been extremely swamped with a few projects (like painting the upstairs rooms) and just with trying to get the most out of summer (We've gone on walks and played bocce ball at the baseball diamond twice now. One time we played Frisbee golf while on a walk).
Of course we also had Levi's birthday and our trip to Broadway Pizza that day to celebrate. We also recently celebrated our cousin Joey's graduation from pre-school. We all went to the Olive Garden after that. Good times - say what you will about the O.G. being too plain, or uncool. I like it and I like the atmosphere and the soup, salad and breadsticks. It's kinda the wingtip shoes of places to eat out. Fuddyduddy dads like me think that its cool.
If all goes according to plan on Monday, we're going to start getting some floors installed in the new addition. It's really the biggest thing left to be done before we can actually start living in the space. It was strange though, because we had to clear out our new closet and move all of our clothes out of our dressers that we had already brought upstairs (to avoid sawdust and chemical smells). I hope it turns out Ok. We'll be sure to have a good B4 and after.
We've been going to swim at the Williston Center a few times in the past month. It's a city-run and subsidized pool and health club near city hall in Minnetonka. They did some renovations there in the past year and one of the best things they added was an indoor play set with big slides and a big place to just burn some energy if you're 6 or 3 yoa.
OK, that's all. I'll paste a bunch of photos now. God bless.

Babies got back!
Here's a sweet shot that Christina took Monday.
We had Levi's bday party last weekend. Haven't uploaded the photos yet - but we had a great time with another robot themed birthday party. The most fun was when we were skateboarding with Erik and when we payed bocce ball.
