Photo: Terje Kolaas / Din Tur
The Pink-footed armada from Spitsbergen has just arrived the inner parts of the Trondheimsfjord. Flocks up to 7000 birds roost and feed on plains and wetlands along the fjord, making birdwatching and photographing in the area a true joy.
Along with the huge numbers of Pink-footed Geese, there are smaller numbers of Barnacle, White-fronted, Bean and Bar-headed Goose.

Bad weather - still good for photo
Photo: Jan-Michael Breider / www.pbase.com/breider
The swedish nature photographer, Jan-Michael Breider, have just spent two days in the Pine Marten hide.
"I`m very happy with the service from the guide and the hide. The first day with sun and blue sky the light was not good. The second day the weather was terrible but still a Marten male showed up for 20 minutes. This time the light was superb".
