Taite-ism's

She is just such a funny girl. She loves to make people laugh. Here is a list of her recent funny things:
  • She calls Bill "Mom-mom".
  • She periodically will start crawling slow motion. It is a sight to see.
  • She likes to climb into boxes and then she yells to have someone help her out.
  • If there is a pillow on the floor she full body tackles it, then snuggles in.
  • She likes to cuddle, if it is on her terms.
  • She scrunches up her nose when she smiles really big.
  • Every animal makes growling noises, according to Taite.
  • Except birds.
  • She loves anything that moves and will try to get it. She has caught a fly before. (gross!)
  • She will dance to any beat. I was printing something the other day and she was grooving!
I just had to get these down before she moves on to something new. She is not walking yet, which we are totally cool with. She is started to make more sounds and it almost sounds like words. She also likes to sing to herself.

Vacation, Part 1

Literally, our vacation was broken up into two parts. I always have to get the most out of everything, so first the girls and I went to Phoenix. And I was able to get some much needed sister time with my closest sister, Maegan. The girls loved playing with cousins and I loved just relaxing and chatting with my sister.

Well, it wasn't all just sitting around. We started out our trip to Phoenix with taking a road trip to Vegas to visit our brother Jacob his wife Emily and their new baby Addie. Who is adorable and so tiny! (I am kicking myself because we didn't get a picture of everyone, I really need to start working harder on that)
Maegan and Addie

We got to go swimming in their pool. It was great Jacob was throwing the girls around, since he is so big and strong. Jacob and James in the pool.

He also taught Campbell how to arm wrestle. What a great Uncle!

Random cute Taite picture!

On our way to Vegas we stopped at the Hoover Dam. What an amazing sight!

Maegan's family (Hal, Maegan, Gavin, Aidan, and Clara) and me and my girls!

All the little girls in their matching outfits.

On Thursday my mom drove Grandma Bell out to visit. It was such a treat to get to see her (from San Diego) while we were on our trip.

The Wicke girls and Grandma Stephenson and Great Grandma Bell.

The kids loved playing Wii and they were stuck here when it was too HOT to play outside.

Coming soon: Part 2, when Bill comes to town!
