You can create your own "meal nights" designed around you and your family's tastes. It's fun because everyone in the family has that ONE night (or more :) ) they look forward to each week. When I was younger--I looked forward to my mom's tacos on Thursdays...couldn't wait for dinner. Now, I make them every Thursday. Colin loves Italian night....! It's fun. The recipes are amazing!!!
Anyway, we've had a great time visiting our family and friends. We are happy to be back in the U.S. It's good to be home.
