My dear PB


Dah lama nk share ngn sume org about my experience wearing Premium Beautiful ni. This is my own changes and feeling about this Superb undergarment. Premium Beautiful ni di introduce oleh one of my officemate. First mmg xpnh minat dgn korset-korset ni. Cam menyeksa badan je. Pastu rasa cam kuno je pakai korset2 ni. Bukan ke dah beranak je pakai???

My fren ni explain la korset ni ada customize size ikut badan pengguna Kena ukur badan org yang nak pakai dlu cam tukang jahit tu. Bukan mcm korset2 bese yang jual kat kedai tu. The reason is lain org, lain ukuran. Ada org besar atas kecik bawah. Ada kecik atas besar bawah. Pastu ada 3 pieces: Long Bra, Waist Nipper and Long Girdle. Pastu ada special Far Infra Red. Ntah kebende la Far Infra Red ni. So, I wat some research on it. Maybe this thing I explain nnt la ye. Tak abes cite experience lagi ni.hehe..Tapi nk dipendekkan cerita, Far Infra Red ni can heal 1001 penyakit kat dunia ni dengan izin Allah.

Dah my fren ni explain2 ni, letih dgr I amek je r. Maybe can solve my shoulder pain and backpain during working. Badan pun rasa lemah je. Risau jugak dgr cite2 org yang dh lama keje experience slip disk la, nerve problem la. Takut2~ Because my work byk duduk je. So my fren pon amek measurement part atas, part tengah ngn part bwh.

Mula-mula bukak plastik girdle tu..MAK AIHHH!!!!cmane nk sarung ni. Kalau beli seluar, tgk kecik cmni mmg letak balik la. My fren tu explain la. Mmg la kecik sbb nk buang lemak2 and firmkan body kite. cam toning la. Lagipon pakai at least 8 jam sehari je utk dpt full effect. My fren pon aja la cmane nk pakai dgn mudah. Mule-mule cm ssh gak sbb xbese, tp esknye pakai..Eh, senang la pulak. Bangun lambat pon sempat lagi pakai. The material is really tough and comfortable. Tak panas pon. I ad Eczema, so tkut gak gatal2 ke pakai sbb pakai ketat2 bese bepeluh dan panas. Nnt itchy. But, surprisingly PB xbagi I that problem pon. Lagi kurang gatal ada la. Ni mesti sbb that Far Infra Red effect. Bila dh pakai baru percaya.

Bila kat office,duduk je rasa sgt segak..posture rasa terjaga sgt. Rasa confidence la kalau berjalan and duduk. Kalau dlu I mmg duduk membongkok. Mmg xbagus utk ur back bone. Tapi bila pakai PB, rs ad support kat badan. Pastu perasan gak lagi satu perubahan, dh xmenguap sekerap dlu.haha...tanda oxygen ckup dlm badan. Kadang-kadang xmenguap langsung. Badan pon rasa segar sepanjang hari. Malam pulak, tidur dgn nyenyaknye.

Perubahan yang paling WOW I experience is my BODY FIGURE and WEIGHT LOSS!!!!I have quite a big type of body. My family mmg keturunan yang ada rangka besar. Diet cmane pon, I still look big!!!Kadang-kadang rasa putus asa. Nak cari seluar susah. Baju pon kalau sarung tu cam sarung nangka. Badan mmg nampak cam tong drum. Tapi bila pakai PB ni, one of the thing I perasan mula-mula is lengan rasa kecik dan berbentuk. Pastu pinggang dah kecik. Ya Allah!!Hepi sangat bila pakai baju rasa yang kecik2 tu longgar. Spare tyre pon dh kurang and berazam akan ilangkan trus. Hips pon dh berbentuk and peha rasa kecik sket compare tu dlu. Bila pakai baju kebaya ke or kemeja, nampak cantik je figure.

Pastu, I have loss 5KG!!!! Makan cam bese je. Sume yang boleh dimakan I telan. Tapi perasan jugak bila dh pakai PB, dh xleh sumbat banyak. Which is good for your stomach. Sebab kita dr kecik dh latih perut makan banyak. Perut pon jadi besar That is why makan xkenyang2. Pakai PB ni dh kecik kan perut kita. Kalau makan cepat kenyang. Igt Dr. Mahathir penah share, org slalu tny why he still looks young wpun dh 80 taun. Dia jawab senang je, berenti makan sebelum rasa kenyang. Banyak penyakit datang dari perut. Dalam Hadis pon ada bgtau. Leh awet muda lah cmni..hehe...Wpun dh pakai, jangan lupa jaga pemakanan utk kesihatan badan. Exercise pon perlu bagi badan kita berpeluh. Kalau amalkan pemakanan yang sihat + exercise + PB=triple effect!!!Tapi kalau kita sibuk, at least we work out our body with PB. Pakai and duduk je. Senang kan??

My skin also shows some improvement. Scar, pimples senang nak hilang. My eczema also kurang. Kalau garu-garu pon xde la sampai berdarah cam dlu and the spot yang digaru cpt heal. Eczema xboleh hilang selamanya tp boleh control. With PB, I am able to control it. Bila pakai rasa cam sgt selesa sampai rasa gatal tu hilang. After a month pakai, mmg nmpk perubahan kat my skin. Dh tak sekering dulu. Muka pon berseri-seri. hehe...Hepi sgt!!!!Wpun rasa ajaib, tapi benar

Dah banyak perubahan I experience using this product. My skeptical thinking about korset pon berubah. Memang berbaloi-baloi. Dah banyak testimoni berjaya about PB. Setiap org might undergo difference feeling about PB but mmg banyak KEBAIKAN yang boleh dpt dari PB ni. I have suggest and promote this product to my fren. Derang pon rasa perubahan tu sebaik sahaja sarung PB kat badan. So, I think everybody should have at least one in their closet. Nak cerita panjang pon tak guna kalau korang sendiri tak try your own. Mmg xpercaya but it REALLY HAPPEN!!I really thanks PB for my changes. Happy sangat!!!!

Maharani

Korang pernah dengar tak herba maharani?? Mostly org yang dah kawin tau la psl herba ni.
Tau2 je la kan kenapa..hehehe...

Ni nak share sket psl kehebatan herba ni. Bukan utk org kawin je, anak dara pon bole makan..

Cantik kan die nye packaging. Yelah, kita woman deserve dilayan as a Queen...hehe... Dalam satu box tu ada 6 ketul benda kat atas ni. Dalam satu telur tu ad 50 bijik pil kecik2 macam pil chi kit tek aun. So dalam satu packaging ada 300 bijik.

Ada aturan makan utk maharani ni. Beza untuk org kahwin dan anak dara. Maharani ni jugak ada org guna utk plan kelahiran. Untuk anak dara, bole betulkan period dan hilangkan senggugut.

Nanti kita sambung kelebihan dan aturan makan maharani in detail....

Chondromalacia Patella

3 months ago I've been informed by my Orthopedics that I have a type of injuries at my knee cap called "Chondromalacia Patella".

Pe kebende la patella ni..xblaja medic xtau la kan..So, I done some research on this. Basically it is a sport injury. Doctor said I 'abuse' and 'overuse' my knee. OMG...camane lak tu..
Maybe it is my nature yang xske dduk diam ni. Suka sports and outdoor activities. Kat opis pon ske jalan2..

In medical definition die lebey kurang cmni..

Chondromalacia patella is abnormal softening of the cartilage of the under the kneecap (patella). Chondromalacia patella is the most common cause of chronic knee pain. Chondromalacia patella results from degeneration of cartilage due to poor alignment of the kneecap as it slides over the lower end of the thigh bone (femur).
Chondromalacia commonly occurs in females. Girls in their teens are at elevated risk because the cartilage of the knee is subjected to excessive and uneven pressure due to the structural changes that accompany rapid growth. Chondromalacia may also occur in adults over age 40 as part of the wear-and-tear process that eventually leads to osteoarthritis of the knee joint. Other factors that may precipitate chondromalacia include trauma, overuse, or abnormal forces on the knee joint. It can develop in skiers, runners, cyclists, and soccer players, especially if someone is knock-kneed or flat-footed.



Patella dah berlaga ngn femur..so bila jalan ke..ad hentakan kat situ, jadi sakit.

Doctor cakap perempuan sng kena sbb anatomi badan perempuan kan cam menirus. So, angle patella tu sng lari. Patut la ramai perempuan dah tua banyak sakit lutut.
Huhuhu..seyesly sakit mule kene tu. Kaki membengkak la. Xboleh nak mencangkung. Nak sembahyang pon sakit. Memang seksa mula-mula kena tu. Dh jumpa doctor, dapatlah bekalan dadah sebeban utk dimakan bersama exercise utk menguatkan otot.

Otot ape yg nk dikuatkan tu??otot tu nama die ni ha...


Quadriceps muscle gunenye utk tarik patella tu keatas sbb my patella dh lari dr tmpt sepatutnye.
Every week kene la jumpa physiotherapist kat An-Nur. Dia ajar exercise utk kuatkan muscle and every week dia nak tgk changes. Pastu buat jugak ultrasonicnye therapy nk lembutkan otot tu supaya sng dikuatkan. Canggih btol..

I hv been advised to freeze all the activities yang leh menyebabkan hentakan dekat my knee such as sports, berjalan terlampau, window shoping terlampau (ni paling sadis). Wuaaaaaaa!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Nak sports boleh tapi yang xmenyebabkan hentakan seyes mcm swimming.

Tapi..susahnya nk kuatkan muscle.Letey and sakit jugak mula-mula. Tapi, bila dah biasa ok la.
After 3 month treatment, my right knee yang sakit tu, dah ok. Dulu naik tangga berbunyi2 macam aziz satar dalam cite ali baba bujang lapuk tu. huhu...Time kasih tu my doctor and physiotherapist...hehe..

Kesimpulannya, beware of you activity. It might hurt your body. Kalau ada rasa lain kat your parts, cpt2 jumpa doctor. Jangan biar. Nanti dh tua lagi susah..
