In ten years you can learn A LOT of things.
For example: Ten years ago, I fell madly in love with and married my eternal companion. I've learned he wasn't the guy I thought I knew...he is better.
Ten years ago, I was younger, slimmer, and obsessed with making sure my make-up and hair was done before I went out. I've learned, if you don't like what I look like...don't look at me.
Ten years ago, I was soo excited to start "playing house" for real. I've learned that the real thing is a little more REAL.
Ten years ago, doing the budget was a walk in the park. I've learned that doing the budget can make your brain go to mush!
Ten years ago, I was soo excited to have kids. I've learned that having kids gives you stretch marks, LOTS to clean, STRESS, and lots to clean.....I also learned that having four little angels to call me Mom makes all the stretch marks, stress, and extra chores TOTALLY worth it.
The list of things I have learned in the last 10 years could go on forever. But the most important thing I've learned is..........I have been BLESSED!
