7th MELAKA JAMBOREE 2009

Tempat: Kem Tan Chay Yan (Kem Pengakap Melaka), Bukit Katil, Melaka

Peserta dijangka hadir dan mendaftar pada 29 Mei 2009 ( pagi ) dan meninggalkan Kem Pengakap Melaka pada 04 Jun 2009 ( tengahari )

Tema : ‘ KEAMANAN SEJAGAT ’

Yuran : Yuran Jambori sahaja sebanyak RM 80.00 seorang dibayar secara tunai semasa pendaftaran. Yuran ini meliputi aktiviti Jambori, pengangkutansemasa aktiviti lawatan dalam Melaka dan Kit Jambori (kemeja ‘T’, lencana Jambori, lencana aktiviti, sijil, buku panduan, tag)

Peserta : Peserta hendaklah berumur 13 hingga 17 tahun. Setiap 10 orang peserta hendaklah diiringi oleh seorang pemimpin dewasa. Penyertaan hendaklah melalui Kontinjen Negeri masing – masing.

Aktiviti : Pelbagai aktiviti disediakan antaranya ialah lawatan, halangan, indaba,kebudayaan , xpdc, permainan, khidmat masyarakat , radio amatur , aktiviti air & pelbagai lagi.
# Setiap Kontinjen diminta bersedia untuk persembahan kebudayaan.

JAMBOREE FEE

Registration Fee for overseas participants is US$200.00 per person covering meals for the duration of the Jamboree, participation in Jamboree program and activities, insurance coverage, transportation from Manila airport to Jamboree site and back, use of tents and other camp equipment.

HOME HOSPITALITY
To ensure that our overseas friends will get a taste of the world-renowned Filipino hospitality, we will arrange for home hospitality program for three days before or after the Jamboree for them to experience the typical Filipino lifestyle.

PARTICIPANTS
About 15,000 Boy, Senior and Rover Scouts, Adult Leaders, staff and guests are expected to participate in the event.

CLIMATE
At the time of the Jamboree, climate will be cool with temperatures ranging from 22-28 degrees Celcius. Average year-round humidity is 77%.
