UPDATED.... FINALLY!!!

Life is CRAZY around here!!! I couldn't find my phone cord to download all the pictures... Got a new phone... but finally found the cord and was able to get all my pictures! Life has never slowed down for us! I have been so busy with work, puppies, cleaning house, yard work, and my boot camp workout class... that Kai and I hardly see each other! Kai wasn't able to go to Thailand this year due to all the civil unrest... which is good... don't want him in danger at this time! :/ Kai has been busy doing Army stuff and school! He is in a lot of leadership positions with the Army... he is getting a ton of recognition! I'm SO proud of my husband!!! He also got our yard put in this summer... as well as helping all our neighbors! He did a great job! Hopefully next year we can put in our dog kennels and plant some trees! But we are enjoying it so far... and so are the dogs! Our exciting news lately is the arrival of 9 FOX RED PUPPIES!!! They were born Sept. 5, 2010! Athena did a great job getting them all here since she had them in the middle of the night and we had no idea! All survived and are doing great! They are all for sale and ready for homes... so if you are interested... let us know! The are on ksl and terrificpets.com! (I'll post pix at the end of this!!!)
This year Kai and I will be celebrating our 5 year anniversary! We are excited! I'm so lucky to be married to Kai! I have had a tough year but with his support and love...I'm finally seeing an end and happier years to come! I love him more than he can imagine! We are going on a Mexican Riveria cruise!!! I can't wait! And neither can my white white legs! Family is coming with as well... It will be great to get closer to such an awesome family! We are also hoping to go to Hawaii in March to see Kai's sister who is expecting twins! We haven't been to Hawaii since our honeymoon so it will be a great trip!!!
This next year will be just as busy for us! Kai will be attending Officer Training School in Washington State during the summer! I'm getting used to having to do a lot on my own! Good thing my husband has faith in me huh!!!?!?!? Even though it will be for a month... to have Kai gone seems like forever! I guess when I survive 6 months... I can handle this!
I will try to keep my blog updated a little more often! Make sure you see all the posts I made tonight!!! There are quite a few! Love you all... Thanks for being part of our lives!

The last few months I have put all the books down and got really crafty!!! I love sewing!!!
This is a project I have been working on for quite some time! All my siblings and spouses wrote a letter to my mother on fabric... I then took a collection of photos and transferred them onto fabric! It was quite a project but It is almost done... just in the final stages!!!

I also have been busy making baby shoes for my cute niece as well as friends who have had little girls! I'm getting better and better with each set!!!

I loved Race for the Cure... and the money goes to a great cause... finding a cure for breast cancer! I hope they do it!!! I will be there next year as well!!!

I am an AUNT... again!!!

My little sister had her baby April 19, 2010! She is the first on my side of the family and the first niece for Kai! Marissa Claire is such a doll! I wish they lived closer.... Here are a few pictures of my cute baby niece!

While in California... I asked Karen to take me to see Kai's Grandmother! It was so neat seeing Gingerlee hold little Marissa! She didn't want to give her back! She took us all around the center she lives in to show her off! What an awesome experience! Gingerlee still takes about this today... and it has been several months!
Resting with her FAVORITE aunt Kimberlee!
Yes this does make me baby hungry! Marissa is such a sweet baby! But sorry... still not ready! Maybe by the time I turn 3o!

I LOVE MY JOB!

I love my job... most days! :o) For those of you who don't know what I do... I am a Radiation Therapist! I meet the most awesome people and try to help them get feeling better! I also get to work with some really awesome people! Here is just a tad of what my life mostly consits of these days....
One of the machines I work on....

Our very thick door!!!
One hard part of the job is when we treat young children! They have to be asleep during treatment so they don't move! It can be hard on kids when they lose their hair! This particular instance...we treated a small girl with a brain tumor...in which she lost her hair! For her final treatment we decided to give her a small gift (we usually get attached to these darling kids and give them a gift to remember us by!!!!) So for this small gal...I made these headbands for her!!!

AND OF COURSE I HAD TO TRY THEM ON MYSELF!!!

And mom did too!!!

Needless to say.... I'm sure it looked cuter on the darling girl!!!

FIRST CONCERT

This year I went to my FIRST CONCERT! Yes I know I'm 27 and I should have gone to several concerts by now... but that's what happens when you grow up in Wyoming most of your life! :o) Anyway... Some friends from work (Jinger, Natalie, CarolAnn, and Doreen) invited me to go to Daughtry! It was SUCH a blast! It was great getting to know these gals and have fun outside of work!
CarolAnn and I!
Natalie and Jinger!!!

Daughtry performing

Winding down and getting my hearing back!!!
I LOVED going to the concert... Ready for the next one! I enjoyed all the bands that performed... Cavo, Lifehouse, and Daughtry! We had awesome seats as well... We saw Daughtry come out and watch Cavo perform... He walked right in front of us and shook our hands as he was going back... We also saw band members of both Cavo and Lifehouse!!! Was a night it was!!!
