Happy Birthday Mum ..

yeah today's my mum's birthday ...recently we've been having conversation thats totally boliao ... following are excerpts of one such example ... really cracked me up ... ahhaha ..

mum : eh you got girlfriend or not ?
me : no leh ...
mum : why don't have ?
me : nobody wants me ...
mum : wanna get vietnamnese wife ? i pay for you lah ... dun get china one hor ... not good ...
me : (speechless)......

now i totally believe in karma ... after so many years at the receiving end of my crap ... it's time she off-load her crappiness on me ... thanks mum .. happy birthday ...

club, clones, coffee ...

went to club momo over the weekend ... music pretty good at first with all the lounge stuff going on ... then they move on to normal club hits and dance tracks ..crowd was quite young ? yah ... its been so long since i've last clubbed .. was there with steven, delvin, odelia, phyllis and frens .. and oh yah steven's brother francis ... when he started opening bottles .. was thinking that everyone of us is gonna be soo drunk ... was under the impression that he's a really good drinker ... given his size and his love for nocturnal activities ... haha .. yah ...but apparently that was not the case ... he got drunk pretty fast ...at least he was not dead drunk ...but close lah ... or else we gonna have some problem bringing him home ...

phyllis .. drunk ? yes .. very much so .. not quite sure if she knew what she was doing .... have never seen anyone ate so much lemon before ... im not sure if my comment on her being a walking chimney had some effect on her ... yah ... have no problems with girls smoking ... but i guess its always better to smoke less ... health concerns yah ...

watched the island just now ... erm .. e show was pretty ok i guess ... e idea of the show was pretty original ... cloning for body parts ..ewan mcgregor (not sure how to spell ...) for a moment reminded me of his role in trainspotting when he was speaking with a scottish accent ... pothead !!! had dinner and coffee with odelia and phyllis .... they were studying !!! if only i was as driven as they are ... then im sure my grades would be alot better ... but can u imagine what would happen if anyone saw me studying during a non examination period ?!?!??! the following are the possible reactions ...

a) laugh untill stomach cramp
b) so shock that one might actually hyper-ventilate
c) call me on the phone and say :"eh i saw someone that looks so much like u studying, but it cant be u lah hor ..."
d) ask me for some magical numbers to buy 4D or toto
e} all of the above

tin hill, two durians, a dog and a cat ...

lazy thursday afternoon ... nothing better to do ... how ? climb bukit timah hill .... bring a hyper active jack russell with a chinese name along with u .... yah thats wat me n steven did ... i tell u .. i've never seen a happier dog .. haha ..... heres a pic of the tin hill .... and its man-made lake ....

after some extremely pathetic attempt in trying to get some rambutans off the trees ... (can see cannot touch ...) finally we had some luck in spotting durains on the ground ... just when u think .. wah!!! so lucky arh ?!??! free durians !!! yah ... they are not ripe ...


spend the evening with his group of frens ...was odelia's (not sure how to spell ...) birthday ... her friend phyllis brought along a kitten ... check out those blue eyes !!! its really cute especially when its palm sized ... always been more of a cat person ... yah a "neow" person ... yah ok very lame ... i know ...

show me the peanuts !!!

just when i was complaining about the NKF ... the stupid CEO TT Durai have to shoot himself in the foot by suing the press ... what was he thinking man ... now everyone knows about his gold plated taps ... first class tickets ... $25,000 monthly pay and 12 month bonus ... guess i was right to boycott NKF in the beginning ... oh yah ... and Mrs Goh ... what can i say ... not very smart also .... and just to prove my point ...



just in case if you guys are wondering ... my BUY-A-NEW-HANDPHONE-FUND is still running ... unless of course Mrs Goh wants to offer me some of her peanuts ... tehehee ....ok ... enough about the NKF thing already ...got myself a new keyboard ...frigging $27 ... got to be the most expensive keyboard that i've even owned ... was selling for $29 ... all steven did was to ask ....

steven : eh mdm, can cheaper or not ?
me : ? (can meh? its already the cheapest in Sim Lim )
indian lady : (god knows why shes grinning ) ok lah .. (shakes head ) $27
me : !!! (at this point of time im pretty sure shes got a thing for steven ... ha ..)

show me the money ?

a few days ago, the newpaper had an article about toh yi drive being the "Beverly Hills of HDB estates" .. apparently residents staying at my estate have the highest average monthly household income and the units are pricier than the rest .... shit ...i love staying around my area ... how am i gonna afford to buy a unit here !!! i simply cant picture myself staying at any other places besides the toh yi area ...thats if im staying in singapore ...how !!! die lah ... i have been suspecting the residents staying at my estate are ridiculously rich ... i've never been to a HDB estate where mercs and beemers are a common sight ...Lexus ? all i have to do is to pop my head out of my window and look downwards ... and of course we have our fair share of evols ...wrxs ...fairladies ...rx7...rx8 ..s15s..and even r33..oh yah ... and the new bmw series 3 ... two of them mind u ...ok er ... so why am i not rich !?!??! why ?? huh ? WHY ?!?!?

that stupid phone of mine has been quite a pain in the arse... juz this morning it decided to deprive me from scrolling down my phone book or any msgs ... bloody button just would'nt work ...i need a new phone ... i need money !!!

forget about NKF ... donate to my BUY-A-NEW-HANDPHONE-FUND instead !!! i dun think they are exactly a non-profitable organisation ...my sister used to work at TCS ... she told me the donations are actually divided between NKF and TCS ... ha !! do you really think that the fann wongs and the zoe tays are willing to risk their lives or even their delicate pedicures for free ?!?!? im not saying that the donations will not go to the patients ... just that some of it would actually go to TCS ... charity shows are actually very profitable ...so the next time u see a mediacorp artiste shedding a tear or two when the donations did not hit the expected target ...they might juz be thinking ... "boohoo .. donations so little ... bonus also little ... how to buy the new SLK ?!?!? boo hoo ...sob sob .." having said that ... please dun sue me for libel NKF !!! i cant even afford to have a new phone ...

ok... back to BUY-A-NEW-HANDPHONE-FUND ...if anyone of u is willing to donate .. i'll try my very best to perform death-defying stunts like juggling not 1 ... but 2 tennis balls !!! or even the act of prying open a durian !!! so people .. leave me a message ... email .. call me ...sms me (try to keep it short ... i cant scroll down remember ?) ... wire cash to my account !!! or hand them to me physically !!! i'll be there in a jiffy ... its a promise !!! im sure u will get the same kind of satisfaction when u see the smile on my face upon receiving ur generous donations ...

ps. my phone line is always open ...and u dun even have to pay admin charges ... ha ...
