It's All About Red, Black, and White-Stampin B's
I'm up early this morning to upload my card for the Stampin B's Blog Challenge and it is very cool. I put on a pair of socks when I went out yesterday for the first time since last winter. Oh, I hate cold weather. I'm the type person to freeze in the summer with the air conditioner on and everyone else is blazing hot.
I guess that is why I made this RED HOT card today. Joanne aka jojot on SCS
asked that we make a red, black, and white card today. That is her all favorite color combo. I love them, too..mine turned out mostly red even though I didn't intend for that to happen. You know how it is when you start making a card, you may end up with something entirely different than you had in mind.
We would love for you to join us at the Stampin B's Blog Challenge with your red, black, and white card or project.

It is really feeling like Fall here today in Alabama. Makes me want to go to the pumpkin patch. Won't be long until I'll be buying those gourds, pumpkins, and mums.
I was really in the mood to make a clean and simple Autumn/Thanksgiving card. It is for these challenges:

Roses From My Love and An Award
Betty aka gbedwright on Splitcoaststampers asked me to sample with her today for the
Tuesday Color Challenge. I was thrilled to do it but had many problems along the way. This is one of those cards I would love to do over. Then, before I could get the photo I wanted, my camera died. I charged with no luck so I guess I need a new battery. Ugh! Have you ever had a day when nothing seemed to go right...well, I was smack in the middle of one. LOL
The colors for the challenge were: Rose Red, Basic Gray, Daffodil Delight, ivory or white, and for a dessert option, you could choose another color. I chose Old Olive. I had to substitute Daffodil Delight for So Saffron and inked my gray cardstock from Hobby Lobby with Versa Mark to darken a bit.
Stamp: Miss Elizabeth (no name) Found at the Dollar Tree-I think it looks like watercolor. I did Tombow marker to stamp for the color. I always watercolor with a brush and couldn't do it on my cardstock. Some of the ink needed moving around so I barely wet my brush and filled in just a tad.
Accessories: Spellbinders oval nestabilitie and Lattice Shapeabilities Pendants, Cuttlebug embossing folder (Textile), Martha Stewart French Scroll border punch, Lace trim from Jo-Ann's.
I received this lovely award from Emily Keaton.
Thanks so much Emily! I adore having it from a good stamper friend.
I am happy to pass it on to seven more stampers. Some of these may not know me really well, others do. But, I so enjoy visiting their blogs. Some have wonderful tutorials, great organizational ideas, some are friends with wonderful galleries and some just come and leave wonderful comments on my blog. Each one has inspired me in my card creations.

Pumpkin Heads
Wow! What a beautiful Sunday...sun is shining, cooled off quite a bit, and Fall is
in the air. I think I'll change the summer wreath on my door to an Autumn one.
I've made another Halloween card today to honor the Featured Stamper on Splitcoaststampers, Sallie aka hobbydujour. I cased her beautiful summer card
but decided I was just about through making summer creations.
My card is also entered in the Stamptacular Sunday challenge #78.
They said use as many colors as you would like but only colors you would see in the Fall and be sure to STAMP. I used VersaMark Dazzle on my pumpkin , colored him inside (orange & yellow) and scattered a few bats around.
