Just Another Update
Hi Blogger Friends. Thank you for all the great comments on my last posts. I appreciate them very much. Does blogger not know that I am old and ancient and that they are not suppose to change things on me. Although, I must admit, I do like the bigger area for writing a post.
Okay, here are my not so much stitching done updates.
Lady Liberty - Did the yellow and gold on dress and one strand of blue in the dress.
Santa's 12 Days - Day 1 - Yeah!!! I might have another finish in a few days. Not much left on this one.
Okay!! I am very excited. I am in awe of all of you out there that do HAED's. I bought several charts a few years ago before I started blogging. When I received them and opened one - oh my gosh - the shock. Their is no way they can be stitched on 14ct fabric. HOWEVER, I found a couple in one of my favorite three hobbies.
I have seen Faery Tales on several blogs and I just love it. Last year at my county fair, a man had stitched it(actually the first time I had ever seen it and later found it on the HAED site). He stitched it on 22ct with 3 strands of DMC in tent stitch.
This one is also being stitched by a blogger. All I can say is yippeeeee!!!!! The only problem when I start one, everything else will be put on the back burner. lol
Thanks for looking. Linda
Okay, here are my not so much stitching done updates.
The Old West - Little House Needlework - SAL with Ruth (I really do hate light colors on light fabric. I will probably bs around the alamo and do the horse in a darker color)
Snow Pals - The girl is done except for the white. I added the coat sleeve cuffs and bottom and started the mittens.
Lady Liberty - Did the yellow and gold on dress and one strand of blue in the dress.

A Cross Stitch Kit Review
I was contacted by Yiota and asked if I would review one of her kits. What a great site and wonderful service.
She and her husband design, manufacture and package their own designs. They are located in England. Great customer service and communication. I received my kit in a week. This is the one I got.
This is the kit. The floss is all wound on separate bobbins. Nice large chart. Easy to read. And it comes with either 14ct aida or evenweave fabric. I chose the aida.
.

Another update
Hi Blogger Friends. Thank you for all the great comments. My computer blog hopping is still taking up way too much of my stitching time, so I didn't make alot of progress this week. But, here goes:
Santa's 12 Days - Prairie Schooler - Day 1 (Pretty sad - only pant leg and a boot)
Halloween House - Ursula Michael (SAL with several other ladies - not alot done - but I guess a few stitches is better than none) I have also updated the HH SAL page at the top of my blog.
Lady Liberty - Diane Arthurs
Robin Hood - Little House Needleworks (RUTH - I am going to try and finish this in the next two days. If I don't, I am ready to start The Old West this Thursday. I have made you wait long enough.)

We got em!!!!!!!
Hi Blogger Friends. We got that darn golpher. DH came home from work Monday night and he was caught in the trap. I sure hope he doesn't have any friends close be.
I spent most of last week working on Robin Hood. I think 2 more sessions and I should be done. I did change the sky from white to light blue. I hate when white doesn't show up on the fabric.
I also worked on Snow Pals - a SAL with Debbie.
