Selling our first home

 Just for memory's sake I need to remember that for the month of July I fixed up our little home we loved so much. We had rented it out for a year while we lived at my parents house and it needed a lot of work so I painted, cleaned, did yard work and fixed it up so we could sell it for a good amount (We closed on it in September)

 And as soon as it sold we started on the deep cleaning of my parents house to prepare for their homecoming!

This is the face of a tired momma and cute 2 year old! :)

And fall fell upon us

Beth and Tyler go to Silver Mesa together every day and walk home together too

Ruth is in afternoon kindergarten so in the mornings she joins Lucy at a preschool twice a week

Beth got an eagle of the month award for being such a good student. She lost her first tooth that day too and is wearing her tooth necklace! :)

 My parents came home from their mission and we were all so happy to welcome them home!

 We helped with our neighbors dogs for a few months (letting them out in the middle of the day) and we sure loved playing with Henry and Alice.

And we found our the gender of our baby! we are so glad she looks healthy and excited to be a family with 4 beautiful daughters!

 And of course Halloween was a hit. Such a fun holiday...

Ben's dad passed away in October so we caught up with all his siblings except for his little sister who's on a mission. The services were all so nice to remember his wonderful life.

We also had a little fun over the summer...

 we didn't travel but we sure had lots of fun!

 We are so blessed to have so many cousins close to play with all the time! Thanks for sharing your jet ski's Allen family!

 Beth LOVES jump roping and is very good at is for only being 6!

 We had fun with our friends Tyler and Macie who now rent out our basement with their mom.

Lots of swimming lessons and swimming for fun. I felt like we were in our swimsuits all summer long!

 free lunches at the school are a hit for kids and moms! (especially when you are in the middle of 5 construction projects at home!)

 Ruth graduated from the Waterford institute preschool- or rusty and rosie as we call it.

 Ruth turned 5 with a great party- thanks for lending us the water slide Allens! 

 Ben's cousin's daughter Jade got married and had a fun reception

 Ben and I would sneak in a date once in a while - this was at top golf with my cousin Jaree and her husband which was super fun!

 I successfully turned 30 :)

 We threw a wedding dinner party in my parents backyard for our nephew Calvert :) So fun!

 And a trip or two to the cabin with friends

 And we put on a wedding reception for our niece Maddie at my parents house.

 It was on Katie's birthday so we celebrated her in the clean up!

A BYU game with the Smith's in my parents ward was AMAZING! watching in a suite was so nice!

We enjoyed Tessa's dancing and acting in Aladdin with lots of surprise princesses that were in the show too.
