One week has passed! With a blink of an eye it's a week ever since i landed on the Malaysian land and here we are celebrating the Lunar New Year.

Well what i have been doing at home these few days was just at home except that on Friday i went to do some grocery shopping in Tesco. It was a quick one though cus mom has done a lot of shopping already and what we did there was just buying some "ling si" :P

Reunion dinner this year was only 4 of us because sister went to her in laws for reunion. On top of that, the reason why she isnt here is because dad decided to book a table for dinner which is scheduled for tomorrow 7pm. So i guess that would be our reunion dinner! Hahaa.....

A friend called last night and we were on the phone for an hour. Elder sister later called and asked what's with the phone engaged for almost an hour. kekekeheheekeke....sorry lah was talking to a friend!

Happy Chinese New Year!!!!

Well last night we had our usual 29th night steamboat dinner and this morning we had "mee sua" which according to mom tht has some special meaning that i am not very sure about. I guess it's about living longer i think? "chang ming"? Something about that!

Upcoming plans would be going to auntie's place tonight and also to worship some god at aunt's place i think. And tomorrow would be to the dinner and Wednesday i'm gonna go out! Yay...finally my friends are back and i can get my arse off my chair in front of this lappie and also to collect ang pows from their parents. :D

Before i came back i was talking to younger sis on msn and she mentioned of dad planning to Balik Kampung. But ever since i'm back dad did not mention anything about baliking. So i guess this time we will be staying home for CNY which can be good and bad. Not angpows cus we arent going back. BUT i can escape from bombarded with questions if we arent going back! Which i think is better.

Well i think after that i would need to do some shopping like getting a few formal clothes and a suitable walking shoes preparing for my job later on. To keep those reading updated i havent attend any interview yet and hope to after CNY.

an important email

Right after i finished blogging for the previous post, i went to check my Hotmail that i will check once in a blue moon. A friend sent me an email. All the way from UK and it wasnt for multiple recipients. Thanks Alvin. Thanks for still remembering me as a friend. I'm very happy to have a friend like you!

Wanted to blog last night. And what causes me not to is the freaking Streamyx Connection!!!
The stupid LAn green light has been blinking all night long and you know why am i not online last night! Well i was quite sleepy at 11. Im not sure if im still following the Sydney time or Penang time. Or did i just get lazy?
I woke up this morning at 10 you know?Or might it be just the weather? FYI....i have been staying in since the last time i went out with my family last Sunday.

And i got scolded yesterday ler...from the lion in my house lah...The damn fierce one! I think i know why am i so fierce pulak.....Inherited from her!aiks.....

Feels bored to be home to watch drama. That doesnt show any difference to when i was in Sydney except that now i have plenty of local delicacies to enjoy and also astro! But the time slots i'm left with is 5 to 6 and 7 to 8 which both are drama series from S'pore. Hmmm i think i just couldnt stop watching Media Corp's production especially when it's on air on almost every channel like TV3, 8TV and AEC during that time slots. Well watching them now comparing to when i watched it 2 years ago was totally different. A very different perspective now.

Sigh...............i need a car! I wanna go out for sightseeing! Come to talk about it. My friend whom we were suppose to be spending a holiday together got a job!!!!!! I don't know if i should consider this a good news or bad news. My holiday plan is screwed! And now i don't know what to do. I want to go somewhere! Anywhere will do at least to release all the stress in me before i'm into another stress. The working life awaits for me.hmmmph!!!I guess i should let time tell ler....See what she says when she got back next week.

And i am talking to friend. She got a job with PwC Penang. She said "everyday work til damn late lo
pls la not nice wan".

And i was talking to HK online just now. She told me about the outing later at 4 pm which i have no idea at all cus SC told me it is yet to be confirmed. Hmm......i wonder if it is still on.

Thinking about the issue of getting a car up and down left and right. I think i should get one real soon. Maybe after CNY. After everything settles down and also my job applications!! *fingers crossed*

adjusting

I woke up this morning with a swollen left eye which for some reasons that i don't know. I went back to sleep and woke at 10. Waited for mum for my Prawn Noodles and i have been doing nothing today.

A friend called.Pretty much the same thing we always talked about and took an afternoon nap after that. I guess my life now until when CNY is over would be Eat,Sleep and Eat and Watch! :P

I was talking to a friend on MSN and u would want to know what he said to me.
He asked how am I adjusting. I told him im still feeling sleepy in ungodly hours of GMT0800. Then he asked me to adjust my body soon so that i can be part of the Malaysian Wall again.

*faints*

Aiks!Tsk tsk........It never ends huh? With the wall stories.

First thing first

I woke up at 10 plus. I sat on my dad's rocking chair that could not rock anymore for a few minutes before the phone rang. And while it was ringing i told my mum and younger sister that there will be people calling me yeah! And then my sister went to pick up the phone and it was for me!!Funny huh? Who called? C,N,W and K from Sydney while having their lunch at Kura. Miss me while having a meal ar??Don't lah! Hahhaah......Joking!

After that i went to bathe cus according to mum we are gonna go across the Penang bridge for a hairdo. Ate Hokkien Char for brunch and then Jayne's boyfriend called. Supposingly for him to come over to my place to take her stuff and well since im going over i decided to meet him at Lengkok Tenggiri where i always go for a hairdo with parents. Then decided also to go to C's house to take half of my room in Sydney back. Told him at 3 or 4 but mom wants to go and do some shopping at Fajar. Drop by at around 1 to take all my belongings.(Sorry C , told u later but went earlier. :D)

Then went for a hairdo and meet up with Jayne's boyfriend. Hmmmph......i cut my hair and yeah i dont look nice! aiks.......curls and curls that looks damn ugly!Duno what im gonna do with it now!

Havent got my simpack cus mom said the numbers are not nice! So we went to Super Tanker with the purpose of getting a simpack and also for tea. Then i managed to get this nice number hahahah.......which is similar to my plate number.

We then went to fetch younger sister from her tuition classes and to the Fort Cornwallis for our favourite Rojak! While we were on the way to "Soon Lai" for dinner we passed through Presgrave St Ghaut where my aunt used to live in. It is all flat now! Nothing could be seen. The phase II Jelutong Expressway looks like it's gonna be built soon. So soon that my aunt has moved for about 2 to 3 months and they have started the works on the land. Too soon when it's too soon.

During dinner i saw this handsome neighbour of mine whom i have not seen for 2 years. Still as fair and as handsome as before. :P hhahahahahahahah....

journey home....

Went to the Airport around 12.30pm. Managed to Check-In before 1 o'clock with 32.5 KG of baggage which the excess 250g of Coffee that i took it out to make it 32KG as one item should not exceed 32 KG.That was because i think i did not show her that i have my hand luggage that weighs up to 10 KG at least. C and W were waiting by the side with my hand luggage :P while K were with me at the Check In Counter.

We went to the foodcourt after that and they took their lunch. K bought his favourite Macadamia cookie that he claimed he ate it raw before.....aiyer!. Well it was too sweet for me hehehehe but i like macadamias! Thanks for the cookie K! I didn't eat anything cus i don't feel like eating and i know i'm gonna be fed with a lot of food on board. Things get quite e-mo-ed at that moment when i wanna leave. Sigh......I don't know why. Just to remind u ppl there that if u are going back for good dun get someone close to send u off otherwise it would be ended up just like how it was yesterday.

I went into the passenger area and passed through the customs smoothly and then in to TRS office. It wasnt as lenient as what i was told. I guess it was just the durability and luxuriousity(if it exists) of the goods that im helping a friend to bring home. Then i went to the Gate 51. It was so near as oppose to Gate 63 where the last time i departed that i had to run. This time i was wasting my time sitting down sending sms and making calls. ThenK reminded me to get a copy of the Sudoku and so i went straight to the toilet and then i saw the Swatch selling at duty free prices!That's an opportunity! A limited Edition Swatch selling at $39.95. I bought it without any thoughts hahahahaha

Then i walked around the place and then back to the waiting area and just 15mins before boarding i realise i havent got the Sudoku! Aiks.........too into the Swatch i guess! I boarded the place at around 3.30pm. My flight was 3.40pm and to my understanding it should take off at 3.40pm too. But the Boeing was on a merry go around on the Kingsford Smith Airport for an hour. YES 1 HOUR! which it then finally took off at around 4.25.It was congested with Planes at that time. There were 3 planes behind us that was waiting to take off and some of those that took off before us that i do not know how many. At that moment what i'm afraid of is not being able to catch MH1168 to Penang. Bye bye Sydney again. I could see the birds view from my seat.Very nice indeed!

I was served with a special meal that i have requested (Salmon luckily) which i was relieved because the rest were served some noodles that doesnt look appetizing. Then i watch the Corpe's Bride and Just like Heaven. Although the entertainment package is interactive i still could not pause or rewind the movie. Or is it because i don't have any idea how to use or is it because it isnt user friendly!

Surprisingly the Captain make it on the KLIA at 8.50pm local time. Too much time spare during the transiting, so i decided to go online. The connection was damn slow which i then decided to go offline and went to Terminal A. MH1168 took off punctually and landed on the Penang Int'l Airport at 11.10pm too. Hahaha....AIRBUS 330 is different to BOEING. More Spacious and brighter! 8 hours in Boeing kills me. THe lady in front of me likes to put down her seat. As usual people like me who has long legs sat for 8 hours like Hell! Couldnt make much movement at all! I waited for quite long for my luggage at the Carousel. I was so scared that my luggage would be lost!Too much worries eh?

I went through the Penang customs smoothly too. No questions asked. Hand Luggage and Laptop Bag not scanned. 3 bottles of Wine just got through! If i would know i should buy more right!! aiks!!Like the tempting Cherries!
I walked out to the waiting area trying to look for my mum and dad. They werent there! Then i walked out from the waiting area. I saw my elder sis. Guess what happened to mum and dad. They were at home! Why ar? Dad's car broke down! And tht's why sis was there to fetch me with her mini Kelisa which the passenger seat that can only load my 32 KG baggage and not even anyone else. Hahhahahahahaha aduiii! Mom said luckily dad wasnt there otherwise he has to be on the roof!

Wanted to go to Super Tanker to get a SimPack but it was closed. It was 11.30pm and it was closed! Isn't it too early to close huh? But according to mum earlier closing is better otherwise something may happen. That's right too. Had a little chit chat with sister on the way home. Also to look around if there are any changes to the Pearl of the Orient. Want to say no changes i could not. So much has changed! A few aunts has moved and some ppl had passed away. So much pat kua news to catch up with. A cousin worked in KL and some other things that happened too.

Sister commented on my luggage "Why is it so huge?...Aiyoh!! But this bag is good as u can load a lot of things and it was very cheap. It cost me 20 pounds only!"
....Oshh....That's cheap!!

Mom and dad freaked out when they saw my luggage! Hahahahha.........

Slept quite late last night. I guess it was around 5am Sydney time.

I havent adjusted my clock lah!

Final one................

I woke up at 7 and It's now 8.39 am. I slept for about 2 hours huh? Spend some time doing some last minute packing to the house. Yeah why the house? The "sa po lang changs" lahh.

It's 30 now and i'm yet to get the coffee powder from Campos.

Mr Chin's cooking breakfast for me later at 10. Hahahahaa......Final breakfast in Syd huh.
I'm leaving Suv at 12 plus.

Although there are so many ups and downs here but this phase of life would be my most memorable one. Thanks guys! You made my life more significant!!! My next phase in life is starting soon. In fact it would start right when i step on the Penang Int'l Airport tonight! Wish me luck hehehe.

To be honest im very very sad to leave but Life just goes on. I wasn't even excited to go home at all!I could feel tears rolling down on my cheek now. Anyway!!! Yeah....hopefully i will have the chance again. And hope all this wonderful things may happen again. Sydney i will be back!!!!!!!! Time will Tell.....................Let's hope for the Best together yeah!

irrational

Woke up early in the morning at 9 and went to the city with B and C to get some nougats for home. Boxes of cherries are sold for $25 which i was very very tempted to buy. It was 29 and i am still loading. I don't want the history to repeat itself.

Anyway ...later on send off B and C who has left at 11.10am for a 3.40pm flight. He called while i was having lunch with K at 12.02pm. That's early. *winks*

Packing has never been easy and yeah becareful cus things that dun seem heavy can be heavy now. Even a light mere 250g affects u very much!

Went to the Campos for a coffee with T,J,K,F and C.

Went for dinner at some Japanese "tai phai thong" lookalike at Wynward with N, F and C. We were there from 7 to 10. 3 hours of dinner + chit chats! Muahahahahah! That's a lot to talk about huh? Time just passed as it is.......

Then i suggested of going to the Passion Flower for my favourite Lychee and Rose Petal Ice Cream. Woww.........!! I'm gonna come and slurp it next June hopefully! After that while when we were on the way back to Hordern Tower we saw a dog who jumped into the water @ Darling Harbour. Make a guess who was the hero who went and save the Dog?

What is bad today despite the memorable Dog story and the Passion Flower story is i lost my U-Card. Actually not mine but my housemates. Well i did some irrational kinda thing which i've regretted doing. At times i think when i am in panic i will fall in irrationality. Why in the world? Well.........not much needed to say about the irrational action taken against the lost U-Card. Sorry Z...i'm very very sorry about that!

We have planned beforehand to play a monopoly game tonight hence it went ahead and we drank the Mango Wine from N as well as my Jacob's Creek's Sparkling Rose and it's bloody bitter!! Aiks....heard it is nice and yeah got to taste myself that it actually sucks!

I guess we should better declare the Monopoly of the Week.

Well...obviously i bankcrupted again BUT I wasnt the first one to and surprisingly Nic was the first to.....That's strange! I was the last to Bankcrupt. Hehhehehehehehe!!! Some improvement heh? We ended the game at about 2 plus and we went on to chat again! Hahahaaa please ask the 3 guys what we talked about while having "Heong Pneah" as our snack. I hang around for a while before i left at quarter to 5.

These few days wasn't very bad. It was quite encouraging. Encouragement to be in my Island! Because i have a few interview to attend. Come to talk about it just let me tell u what are the jobs that i manage to be shortlisted to this extent.

1. Credit Analyst for Dell (Penang)
2. Executive Development Program- Trainee Manager for Regal Group of Companies (Penang)
3. Risk Management Trainee Position for AIA (Manara AIA, Kuala Lumpur)

Firstly.....a lady; SuYin called on Monday (to those of you from CLS, not Teo SuYin from our class) but the Hiring Manager for Dell called from Penang. Honestly i am not very interested with it and she could feel that i'm not very keen in that position too...but she was very nice to. She told me to keep my options open and who knows maybe 3 months down the road she might still have the vacancy and i can always call her back. How fantastic yeah? BTW she was from our Uni...[our senior!] hehe; and on top of that she was from IICP, [my senior!] *winks*

Secondly...i received an email on Wednesday from Regal arranging for an interview today yes TODAY! 13th which i obviously could not make it. So they were very kind and she said i can join the first interview on the 24th Jan at 10.00 am @ the MWE Plaza.

Thirdly, i just received an email from Natalie the hiring mgr i guess, for an interview on the 21st January in KL at 10am. I guess i would be on the way to the Kingsford Smith airport! I would be expected to complete an "Aptitude Test"(psychographic) in 30 mins time. I've just send her an email requesting to arrange for another interview. I really really hope i could attend another interview session because this is what i really am interested with; the Risk Management Position!!!It sounds so interesting....MuaHahahahaaaa!

If any of you could grab at least a chance to watch it. Please do as it makes you think how you sometimes may lead your life or would have led it mistakenly.

As time passes by i started to miss things already. The place and the people. No matter where you are or where i am i hope this could last forever. Just as always it could be or should be. I shall meet you again.

I went to the SIO to take my completion letter. 2nd June is the date! The date for my graduation. If it's 1st of June it will be even better isn't it? Hhahahahahahahahahaha.....

I believe what was listed above isn't everything but this is just what i could think of now. Everything has their sides! It depends on which side we want to take on and how we deal with it. What bothers us are basically two things i.e love and money. I always ponder upon these two issues in life by critically see things from both sides and see from people's experiences and pasts. Well....most of their stories ended similarly and that they are set on the same issues!

Somethings came across our mind at times and soon it will fade away as time kill them. But there are certain things that take ages to dissappear from our memories. But what could be done? The answer is : NONE! The only thing tht i keep telling people is TIME! Yeah...god knows when it's gonna end!When it ends most of us have already gone through the hardship and heartbroken. That's when it's too late to feel remorse! WHAT ARE THESE! It seems to me that they are a revolving cycle that goes round and round without fail passing every stage that was set upon the same issues!

Writing a blog are fun at times when you wish to keep people around you up to date. Keeping one also mean that u would set aside a qtr or an hour or so to keep urself occupied. It is similar with writing a diary. But with diary you can write more more than what u can say on this blog. I started to write since i was in high school. It was a motivation from my dad. I stopped writing for 2 years before high school ended and i continued writing after that.Also the central issue of today's blog ; Blog or Diary?

People out there............try to write a diary if u find blogging isn't enough because up till today i found a diary the most useful. Give it a try!

WooooW...............The Fireworks last night was Very Very FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And it would be a memorable one! If YOU guys were there yes YOU!! i think it would be GREAT!!!!!!!!! So much of walking, pushing,standing and sitting on the steep grassland.
BUT it was worth my stay. My insist of staying over for NYE was worthwhile.

If i should be sad or happy? Sad cus i'm leaving and at the same time happy to usher the new year for a greater year! arghhhhhhhhhhhhh...........happiness should outweigh the sadness eh?
