oh the workouts i did this week

monday i did turbofire

tuesday i did turbofire again and burnt 276 calories

wednesday i had some extra time so i did zumba and a jillian michaels workout 
which burnt 580 calories 

and thursday
i did a strength workout and burnt 282 cals

and today i did t25 extreme circuit for a 217 calorie burn 


as you can see its been an extremely long week lol and i am exhausted and hoping when i step on that scale tomorrow there will be some sort of weight loss 
wish me luck i post whatever the number may be tomorrow

6 pounds in 20 days - 235

i did the math so in 20 days  i have lost 6 pounds
i'm excited to be losing weight again



my goal is  to post hopefully either saturday or sunday every week  a pic of the scale and what exercises i have done that week
but i think this was a good start to show me i can do it again if i work for it
i also made a sign that i can look at when i am feeling sore or defeated

been a very long time and a huge weight gain 241

so 2017 is going to be my year i am going to lose this weight and i am going to be accountable everyday
i really lost myself in 2016
i lost my best friend and was just not myself for a very long time
the day i decided to change was dec 26th 2016 at 241  pounds




i  finally said enough is enough
im not going to be sad anymore about things i lost in 2016
i'm not going to swell on what i became in 2016
i am going to make everything right again find myself again find my happy
make myself happy
make myself proud
and my goal is to get back to were i was 7 years ago at 185
i know i can do it if i workout everyday and eat healthier
i already started and lost 5 pounds  i am at 236 today and the weight will only go down from here
