had a horrible day today
just want to put it down for my records so i remember what day soemthing really bad happened
cant really say what it is maybe at some point in the future


ate nothing till 5 :30
cuz it was that stressful of a day
but hey maybe ill lose a pound lol

yipeeeeeeeeeeee 188

soooooo
ive been keeping very active and its paying off
i am back down to 188
so i think thats 3 pounds lost this week

im feeling thinner and happier

loving the autism swim classes
and had a blast at my nephews soccer game
and my friends b day party

walked 3 miles to the park again yesterday

well this is just me checking in for now
letting everyone know im still alive and happy lol

hope everyone else is doing just as well

191 need a doctor

monday 9/13

did the biggest loser
the workout dvd

high intesity cardio and
bootcamp

xtra abs and cardio 30 mins

was so lazy all day till 12:30
which is very unusual

so i ended up working out an hour and a half and just staying active the rest of the day



9/14 tuesday

walked to the park and back with lil man
about 3 and a half miles




9/15 wed

woke relaxed and refreshed that walk did soem good

weigh in 188
still maintaining


did jillian 30 day shred level 3
(cardio and strength all in one what a great way to start the day )

biggest loser bootcamp level 2

was a fun way to end the workout

axtra abs pullups and push ups for 20 mins

2 and a half hours today

then went to the park for 2 hours
did a new nature trail with lil man

stayed as active as possible today




9/16 thurs

up 2 pounds

190

ready to say eff it people

im exhausted
have a cold

so does lil man

and clearly i must be doing something wrong cuz i am not losing anymore
i work way to hard for this shit

my pants are tigh so i cna even say its muscle

this is depressing

9/17 walked to park with lil man again

3 miles


felix barked for the first time today at my new sense and spray thing for the house
i think she thinks it is a snake when it sprays every 30 mins

its toooo funny


9/18
saturday

got up way to early
went to a flea market
then to an autism swim class for lil man
then to a fall festival
got home around 3 and started making quiche for dinner

then watched the dinotopia movie we got at the flea market

lil man loves it


9/19

stayed active
went out shopping


9/20 monday

gained 2 pounds
191

i am actually starting to worry abotu my body i may have o go to a doctor
this cant be normal to workout
and not lose and gain all the time
i am heavier than i was this time last year and i cant lose it

im actually concerned so we will see if i haev th eguts to get checked out lol


workouts today
banish fat boost metabolism

30 day shred level 2

cardio  extra abs pushups and pullups for an hour

over 3 hours today

yipee

the scale better go back down or i am off to see the doctor

Maintaining @ 188

9/10 FRIDAY

went to the park with my niece katie
and lil man

9/11 saturday

went to see granny for grandparents day
and brought her some small gifts
and took her for ritas
everyone loves ritas right right right
i know i do lol


came home made a quiche look at this perfect spinach and ham and parm cheese quiche from weight wacher book


lil mans balloon such simple things kids love


9/12 today

eating dinner with grandma and grandpa and granny is coming here tooo
gonna be a great grandparents day

lil man and i went on another nature walk for about 1 1/2 hours
it was fun

just trying to stay active and happy

Dancing away the pounds ~ 188

9/5 sunday

Holding still at 189
today is family movie day
hubsterz works till 2 then we can relax and watch a movie

so far its 11 and ive done wash, dishes, vacuumed , and just plain old cleaned all day
im gonna try to stay active till he gets home
then relax the rest of the night

but thats really not what ended up happening
people were having get togethers so we went to 2

i played frisbee and soccer with my neice
then went home to watch planet 51 which wasnt great
and from paris with love with john travolta
i like that one


9/6  monday
went shoppin for coat for lil man


cat and hat socks







cant wait till the biggest loser starts on the 21st
my exercise for the day was walking the mall for at least 30 mins or more
seemed like forever looking for his jacket

lil man ended up getting sick and throwing up later that night


9/7 tues
 lil mans home from school
he is still sick


we spent the day taping old videos of the last 3 xmases on to vhs tapes
i got in some cardio

it was just a long crazy day with a sick screamy kid



9/8 wed

woke at 3 am for the day lil man would not sleep

im exhausted and stressed out

still at 189

wtf

it feels like everything ive been doing is for nothing

wtf

on the bright side
my new fav snack is kashi dark chocolate coconut snakc bars yum lol



im so tired and its only 10 am

have a sore hip
but gonna work through it

30 mins on trampoline
10 min abs
have cramps so that was just oh so fun

1 hour no more trouble zones with jillian michaels dvd

20 mins dancing

just staying active

i just dont want to be obese anymore


9/9 thurs

still very sore
hubsterz let me sleep for 11 hours
except for getting up at 2 am for half hour with lil man

but i am refreshed but sore

lost a pound so far this week

188 baby

so exciting only 11 more pounds to go till i get to were i was the beginning of this summer

to the weight were i felt great and unstoppable



breakfast left over sweet baby rays potatoes

half a cantaloupe

snack yogurt

lunch i got very busy and didnt eat from 2-8pm

dinner taco salad i made myself with spinach , corn, kidney beans, low fat mozza cheese, and left over  taco meat

work out 1- trampoline 30 mins

ate a yogurt so i didnt puke

waking up at 189

Hoping it stays at 189 or goes lower i never want to go back into the 190s
Yesterday was a busy busy busy family day
woke up and went to visit grandpa
then went to the park with my friend Heather and her children
We had a blast!!!!!!

W T F riday!!!!!! 192

I am trying hard to get this weight off

Heres what my schedule has looked like recently




8/30 MONDAY

First day of full time school for lil man
Oh god i cant tell you how much i cried and cried and cried today
its only 8 and i miss him so much



here is first day of school pics




I really need to get a part time job cuz i just cant stay home all day ill go crazy
but i need to use this week to get interview ready
and lose this extra anxiety weight i have put on
so i need to workout hardcore people

i have the time right now to try to lose at least 10 pounds
i will feel more comfortable at 180 something again

so heres to a new start and some much needed changes

im going to workout 3 hours a day
and start those sweaty pics like most of the weight loss bloggers do

todays breakfast was cantaloupe


snack  my fave  apple turnover yoplait light yogurt




lunch    bagel

snack    pistachos and a plum

dinner     spaghetti squash


didnt really know what to do with it
so i mixed it with garlic parm cheese and tomatoes
it was ok



went grocery shopping all by myself for the first time in years today

bought those full bars we will see how they are

ill say it agian people this is a heart attack waiting to happen
i can hardly breathe
but def a good workout

8/31 TUESDAY

weigh in 189 lost 4 pounds
wow i guess working out 2 hours a day works
go figure right lol

so im doing it again today and shootin for 3 hours

breakfast  fiber one muffin and cherries

lunch    crescent roll fat free hot dogs

loving the trampoline to get me started in the morning

9/1  WEDNESDAY


woke up late rushed to get everything ready for school
