Meet Up with Karen, Elise and Clara (back from Shanghai)

Clara was back from Shanghai last month, when Maverick and Constance were having their summer holiday. We meet up with the ladies and good news was shared that very day. Karen is preggy with #2, and the EDD is in early January 2010. The sex of the baby, GIRL!!!! Of course. Well, it was planned. Just like Elise, who has delivered Arielle about 3 months ago. While we tucked in, and catch up with each other, Larry was busy with Keegan and Beatrice at the mini "playground". Beatrice and Keegan are so comfortable with each other, and they enjoyed each other's company =) Here are some pictures to share with you.

Lai's R.O.M. at the Conrad Hotel (02Aug2009)

We were at the Conrad Hotel for Lai's R.O.M. in the morning at 9am on the 2nd of August. Larry is the emcee for his buddy, while Beatrice and I were there to ... witness that he is finally going to marry Angela! What a long wait =P

Well, it was a grand R.O.M. we have witness! Lai has an entourage of about 6 pairs of page boys and flower girls, a photographer, an emcee, and a group of helping friends! Here is a picture of the page boys and flower girls, getting themselves ready for the march in rehersal.

But rather, they were both trying to say ... hello to each other's nose!

An activity that Beatrice has been constantly requesting for, Ballet. I've been scouting around for an appropriate ballet class for my tot, but to no avail. One day, while we were hanging around the CC at lorong 2, we saw an ongoing ballet class with tots in it. And they were having their dance at the studio where Larry and I used to do our Latin dance like Rumba and Samba with Martin! Fond memories of our "romantic and sexy" indulgence were triggered ... We headed to the admin office, and found that the children were having their 1st lesson. Without further delays, we sent Beatrice back into the class, and from that moment on, she has been walking with tip-toes, and demanding for more dresses to wear ... Mommy and Daddy are so delighted with the outcome! *Grin*

Meet Up with Chris, Jes & Vivian on Fathers' Day

A long overdue post I must say. We met up with Chris, Jes and Vivian on Fathers' Day at Liang Court on 21st June. It was a great meet up where good news were shared that very day. First of all, Jes is going to be a mother! And that will be around Christmas, this year-end. Welcome to the club, Jes!

The next good news was from Vivian. She will finally tie the knot with Alvin on 20.09.2009! And on that very day, we also celebrated Alvin's birthday in advance. It was really a good meet up, with joy and happiness we have shared.
