June is always full of fun.
We have been trying to visit Dad and Verna as much as we can. Will and I usually try and go on a walk and explore while we are up there. This week we hiked up to the air traffic control station by the property. We DID NOT TRESPASS. Just needed to note that.
Naomi and I went and saw Kaylee Wheeler play Ariel in the Little Mermaid. She had loads of fun and giggled at Kaylee.
Alana and I went with Nonnie and Lisa to a Flat Lay art class. We had fun picking through all the little things and making a picture.
Naomi got a Build A Bear gift card for her birthday and she loved going to pick out Theodore.
Verna and I have been going to Quilt Days and helping hand quilt for a good cause. Here Verna is showing off the quilt she made for Tressa's wedding for Show and Tell.
The girls went to Girls Camp at the end of June. Later that week Will got to be an adult leader for Boys camp. As far as we know there was good times had and no disasters.
Scout and I went on our first solo hike. We went all the way to Elephant Rock. This was a big step for me and I am excited to do it some more.
The strawberries have been in abundance this summer! So yummy!
Naomi worked really hard and got her drivers license! She has been using it almost every day!
These posts are kind of in backward order.
Naomi had a Princess Party for her birthday! She invited a few friends and she had some cute little games. They finished with a princess movie marathon.
Naomi borrowed a tiara to wear and had a great day being a princess.
She wanted muffins for something to have candles in.
She loved all her presents!
Alana gave her a car! Haha!
Definitely a highlight was that the Roberts surprised her and came to help her celebrate!
Another visit to the property. The girls loved riding all the motorized vehicles.
Silly puppy.
The weather has been warmer so we have been spending more time out of doors. One night it included fighting a "dragon" during DND.
Spending time with Will!
Craft time with the girls.
It's been a fun month.
