Betsy's Couture Layouts for Bella Paperie

Today I have two layouts I made for Bella Paperie with the new Kaisercraft collection Betsy's Couture. This collection has gorgeous vintage colours and elements which I teamed up with lots of flowers and embellishments to come up with these layouts.

 Moments

 This layout used the Betsy's Couture Paper - Bustier, Shawl, A-Line and Mary Jane. The Die Cut Collectables and Sticker Sheet.

Tranquillity

 On this layout I used the papers- Gown, Kitten Heel, and Bolero, plus the Die Cut Collectables and Sticker Sheet from the Betsy's Couture Collection.

This Makes Me Smile Altered Canvas

Hi, I'm just posting the second project that I created over my long weekend. I made this canvas for a few challenges, I had found this photo frame a Kmart for $5 and it reminded me of the Prima Shabby Chic Resin frames so I thought it would be prefect to use for a Prima challenge.

 I used the colours from the Prima Product Picks - gorgeous teals and blues - and I used all Prima Products.  I also added a lot of Finnabair's Art ingredients glitters for Finnabair's Sparkle and Shine Challenge as well as this months challenge at Sassy Scrapper where the word is Shine. I also made a start to finish video of the making of this altered canvas, so sit back and enjoy.

Love Your Life Layout

Hi, it was a long weekend here in Australia so I spent my extra time creating a couple of projects to enter some challenges. I made this layout for the Prima Build A Page challenge, I based my layout on their sketch and used all Prima products. I used inspiration from the Scrap Around the World Challenge #21, I loved the flowers, keys and the clock in their mood board so I added Prima's resin Key and Clock embellishments as well as lots of flowers (as always). I was also inspired by the Scraps od Darkness & Scrap of Elegance mood board, I was immediately drawn to the gorgeous yellow and pink rose in the bottom left pic so I used that as my colour palette.

Remember to Dream Layout for Bella Paperie

Hi there, it has been the hottest weekend here in Brisbane!!!!!! I've barely been in my craft space because its to hot in there and the window gets direct sunlight all afternoon so it ends up like a sauna. Instead yesterday I escaped to the air-conditioned serenity of Bella Paperie and made this page with their new Maja Design collection Nyhavn. My page can now be found in store to view along with the majority of the products I used.

I used the Maja papers - Romantic Lunch, Sitting at the Dock, and Kings Square from the Nyhavn collection. I was drawn to the bricks on the paper so I chose this pic of my daughter next to a brick wall, and I used the Kaisercraft 12x12 Bricks stencil with modeling paste to put some brick details in the background. Most of the flowers where white to begin with and I coloured them with sprays, I used Lindy's Stamp Gang sprays in Black Orchid Sliver and Brushed Nicked and Tim Holtz Distress Spray in Brushed Pewter. It was the first time I've used a distress spray and this colour is gorgeous, so thick and really shiny!!!!

Sunkissed - Sketchabilities Sketch #131

Hello, today for you I have my take on the Sketchabilties sketch #131. This sketch is teamed up with White......with 1 and this month the colour is Placid blue. Such a gorgeous colour and I decided to go with this pic for my daughter at the beach because the water in the background was, I thought, the "placid blue" colour.

Sweetest Memories Layout for Bella Paperie

Hi, today I have a layout to share with you that I have made for Bella Paperie. The store now has all the new 7 Dots Studio's collections in and I got to make a page with the Soulmates collection using the papers, tags, stickers, stamps and stencil - all so beautiful.

 This layout was inspired by the 7 Dots Studio's current challenge Holiday Cheer. The holidays for us are in the middle of summer so we spend family time together relaxing, sometimes at the beach. I chose this beach pic because its a perfect summer holiday picture.
