It's a musical week!
November 28, Wednesday
Today my uncle brought us to some musical performance by the Turkmenistan people. It was a wonderful and enjoyable evening as they performed their cultural dances and also some of them sang. We got to sit in the front row, although we had a better view, but when the singers started to sing, which is in a super high pitch, my ears almost went deaf, cause in front of me were two huge speakers! All in all, I did have a fantastic evening.
November 30, Friday
Today my uncle brought us to watch opera. He got invitation from the ambassador of Romania. So, this is the first time I get to experience what is it like going to an opera. Inside, it's beautiful with this huge chandelier hanging on the ceiling. This opera have two acts, so when act I is finished, we went to the other room where we can rest and drink or go to the toilet. There was an alarm to inform us that Act II is going to show soon and for us to get ready, and then there's another alarm. When it was time for Act II, they switched off the lights so that all of us had no choice but to go back for Act II. It is very entertaining as they performed and also sing with such beautiful voices. After everything is done, we were invited to the room where refreshments were made. The ambassador of Romania gave some speech and then we started to eat. After that, we went home.
December 1, Saturday
Today my uncle brought us to IWCK 20th Charity Bazaar, where different representative of different countries sell their products, whether its food, souvenirs, accessories, etc. For Malaysia, our booth sells fried mihun, curry puffs, teh tarik, agar-agar, spring rolls and souvenirs. The other countries that I could remember were USA, Great Britian, Belgium, Switzerland, Pakistan, Turkey, Indonesia, Korea, Japan, Iraq, Romania, Poland and many many more!I tried some of their food, such as hot dogs(the sausage was niiiice!), food from Kuwait, dessert from Switzerland, Belgian waffles and many more. However, it was a looong day and I was very tired, because the day before, I helped my grandma to cook, and we only went to bed at around 1am, and got to wake up around 7am to get ready. The bazaar ended at around 5.30pm. Had a fun but tiring day. Great experience.

Trips
November 20,Tuesday
Today we went to some place, which I cant remember called what..there's many many churches there..So we walk around,take pictures and then there's an underground place where there's many many coffins and there's bodies in it..It's some religious stuff,as I see many of them prayed and then they kissed the coffin..pretty creepy since some of them can see their hand..most of them are wrapped in a beautiful cloth and some with their fingers out..After that,we went to another landmark,which is sorta the 'Statue of Liberty'!It was pretty cold there,since there's wind..there's a collection of tanks too! After that,we decided to go home and rest.

Today my uncle brought us to some place where there are those windmills and old village houses and some huuuuuuge decorated eggs!It was super cold since there were wind agaaaain!The view there is beautiful! Although most of the trees are bald...then halfway through,I saw a fluffy cute little kitten!!!So cute!! After visiting the place, we decided to go home and rest.
November 22,Thursday
Today my uncle brought us to the village of Trypillian..The river view is sooooo beautiful!It looks like a lake though...the water is sooo blue! Anyway, after stopping a while at the river bank, we went to the museum to see historical stuff..After that we went to the highest point of the village to look at the superb beautiful view!Mesmerized by the view! It was super windy, thus super cold!my hands were freeeeeeeeeezing cold! After taking pictures, we decided to go home and rest.
November 24,Saturday
Today my uncle brought me to a sculpture and painter house..so,in the middle of the conversation, the sculpture asks if we are interested in trying to sculpt..so we decided to give it a try..The clay was super cold!but fun to play with!we tried to sculpt three of our faces,but in the end we just go with whatever we can sculpt...the food that they prepared were tasty and nice..we had so much fun while sculpting..at least now I have an artistic souvenir to bring home..hehehe

Today went to McDonald's to eat burger!they have their burger with chicken and burger,but I decided to just go with McChicken instead..I miss Malaysia's mcD,because there,we get to take as many chilli sauce as we can..here,we had to buy their chilli sauce instead,but i didnt get the sauce..decided to eat it plain instead..after that we went to shop for groceries and went back home instead..

Weekends
November 17
Yesterday we went to the botanical garden which is located just outside my uncle's house..but the main entrance is quite far and we had to walk up to the entrance..but once we reached there, the view is beautiful,although most of the trees are already 'bald'..then we walked around while my uncle went for his jog..it was super cold when the wind blows..after an hour or so,we decided to go home and rest..yesterday my leg was aching..spend the rest of the day resting and watching shows..

Today my uncle brought us to the church as my two cousins want to pray..experienced what they did on sundays..great experience, and the church is beautiful inside..then we went to another place to have a walk..but it was super windy and super cold!the temperature is -2degrees..anyway went to another type of church,my uncle said it was orthodox type,and wow the inside of the church is beautiful..the outside too!then we decided to go home as it is super cold..wanted to go out for lunch but decided to eat at home instead..

Ukraine!

That's when I take the plane to Kyiv, Ukraine. The flight is actually 12hours, but I have to transit at Tashkent for 5.5hours...which makes it about 17.5hours all together. The food taste nice though. The plane was quite hot for me,as I was sweating throughout the flight..Maybe it was my clothes..

When I reach at Kyiv,there was already someone waiting for us outside of the plane..he took us to some other special place where my uncle and grandma were waiting for us,while they collect our bags. After everything is done,we went back home and started to unpack the things that I brought for my grandma,which is mostly fooooood. After that,we ate maggi goreng and went up to our rooms and rest,but I couldn't sleep although I was super sleepy! I spend the rest of the day walking around checking the house..

Woke up super early,like 6am,which is around 12pm in Malaysia. Ate chee cheong fun for breakfast..then went up yo rest again..in the afternoon, my uncle brought me and my cousin to the market,where they sell vegetables,fishes,fruits and some other shoes and clothes too. It was very very cold,but luckily I was wearing a jacket,scarf and a cap,but my face is cooold..after that we went to a hypermarket..omg, I saw many many chocolates!hahahaha!so tempted to buy them and on nom nom!bahahahahah!after that,we went to my uncle's office..woe!his office is really big..then we went home and rest and now I'm waiting for dinner..
Till then, I will update again when I go some place..Oh, tomorrow I will be going to the botanical garden..

Life IS short
This morning I received an sms from my collegemate,and my eyes went O.O when I read what she said. She said one of our collegemate passed away yesterday! I was in shocked! I couldn't believe it! Then I checked Facebook and indeed her father posted using her account to inform us about the bad news..She was involved in a car accident...I can't remember the last time we chat, but I know I will truly miss her as she was part of my college memories... She is so cheerful no matter what and I will always remember her smile. May she rest in peace..I will forever miss you, Mabel Lai.

Ever thought of this?
Have any of you ever thought of this? The thought that you might die in your sleep. It's pretty scary. I've thought of this many times. What if you just suddenly die in your sleep? You will not be able to tell your family how much you love them, your friends, how lucky you are to know and have them. You will also not have the chance to do the things you wanted to do, such as sitting a super duper scary roller coaster, buying a pet, helping a stranger, or just being kind for the whole day. You might not be able to tell your friends the truth that you might be keeping from them. Pretty scary, isn't it? If you didn't know that you would die in your sleep? So, just incase anything happen, I hope my friends know that I'm so lucky to have known all of you and so thankful that you filled my memories with those happy moments, I hope you feel the same about me too.=)

I want to be happy
I want to be happy,but somehow it's like my heart won't let me be happy. These few days,I just feel....empty...I want to laugh,but instead what I feel like is crying. I want to be happy,but my heart won't let me. So, how am I supposed to be happy if my mind is happy but my heart doesn't wanna be empty but it just feels empty instead?
