Happy Anniversary

This second year has been way more crazy than our first! Adding a little one to the mix can be kind of, well...crazy. I love it though I wouldn't trade it for anything in the whole world. I love watching Bryce with Ryann. He can get more smiles and laughs out of her than anyone else except for maybe Lucy (she must have a thing for knuckleheads). He is such a good daddy!! It has been so much fun watching him and Ryann.

It has always been my dream to be a stay at home mom, and Bryce has been doing his best to make that dream come true for me. Lately he has been working non-stop; Although I love him for it, I also feel like I never get to see him anymore, so for our anniversary he gave me a great present. On Friday we went out to dinner and a movie, and on Saturday we went to a ward thing, and he ended up getting suckered into playing some ward football. Ryann and I left early for nap time. When Bryce came home he walked down the stairs like he was in alot of pain I asked him if he was sore and he said aaaa ya I think I need to go to the emergency room... I didn't think he looked that sore, but I ran in and got Ryann and we were out the door. The poor guy was in a lot of pain, and for good reason too. The doctor told him that he broke his cheek bone in 4 different places!!! So now he is going to take some sick time off and we are going to spend the next two weeks together!!! Happy Anniversary Sweets!!! I guess I need to be more careful for what I wish for!

6 Months

• On Sept 1 Ryann finally got her 2 bottom teeth! She has been sleeping worse than normal, which is really bad because she still doesn't sleep through the night. The other night I was getting a little bit fed up with it too. I thought she was stratching my nip with her fingers, but it turned out that she was biting my nip with her razor sharp teeth. no wonder she has been having a hard time sleeping! I kind of helt bad for her once I realized her teeth were coming in, since I was feeling so bad for myself.
• She now takes 2 naps a day instead of three, which kind of bums me out it makes it harder to get things done and I need a break just as much as she needs those naps!!
• She is eating baby food. Which like all things has been a hard adjustment at first, but with her new teeth I am glad that she is nursing less. She liked playing with her spoon more than she liked to eat the actual food. We tried apples at first and for a while she would just gag, which made me gag, but she got the hang of eating baby food soon enough. Whenever I have a hard time getting her to eat I give her bananas she is bananas about bananas! I even sing to her my own little version of gwen stephanie's song while she eats them.
• She is rolling both ways. Although she doesn't do it often she prefers to sit in her bumbo more than anything else!















































































• Ryann makes the funniest face. Bryce and I call it her bull dog face! It cracks us up everytime!!!

Bear Lake

We had so much fun in Bear Lake this year. We rode up with Landon and TJ. They were kind enough to drive us up to the cabin. Uncle Bryce is so cool!! We mostly hung out at the Lake, but the cabin was fun too. We played soccer, volleyball, and sardines, but at night Ryann and I mostly just went to sleep. We had to crowd all 3 of us on a queen bed, so sleeping wasn't the best, but everything else was fabulous!. We bought Ryann a bumbo before we went up so she would have something to sit in by the lake. She loved it too. Everytime the water came up and touched her toes she would start to laugh. She also loved the boat ride. It put her right to sleep. I was mostly excited to get Ryann in her swimming suits and sunglasses. How cute is she!!! The water was really high this year so Bryce and I had to get water shoes. They only had one pair, so we got his and hers, but I think that they were made for a her. Wearing girl shoes was better than stepping on the rocky beach though! Like always Bryce found new and exciting ways to ride the water wienie. He got all the kids to be daring too. especially landon and Paytin. They both rode on the wake board with Bryce. He told Ryann that next year it was her turn. I guess we will have to wait and see!!
