Field Trip

Ella's class had a field trip before school ended and I was able to go. We went to the Museum of Natural History in Mesa. We had a lot of fun!!!

Snowboarding Trip

It has been 2 months already!!! For Natalia and Cass' Birthdays, we went to Snowbowl to go snowboarding. It was a way fun trip! I don't have any pics of me in action but here are some of Natalia! It was her first time and she is a natural! This was only my second time which was about 100X better than my first time. (I couldn't even do it then !)

After snowboarding we went out to dinner and then went back to play games and tell hilarious stories at the hotel. I've never seen Cass laugh so hard! Then we caught a movie the next day before heading home. It was a great weekend! Thanks C&N!!!

Happy and Handsome

I have about 5 posts that I'm behind on. I know you just can't wait for them!!! But I thought I would post this picture of this handsome, happy boy for you all to stare at while you wait for more... ;) He is already 9 months if you can believe that!

Macy turns 3!!!

I'm a lot behind on this. Macy had her Birthday last month and is now 3 years old! She is the most loving little girl, yet the most naughty! I dare say it. Sorry Macy, but it's true. We love her to pieces no matter what! She is always helping when there is help needed (or not) and does it with a big smile!

We had a little family get together at the park and had cake and ice cream. Macy was such a good girl there and was just so excited about everything!

Easter Egg Hunt

The pictures are a kind of backwards, but blogger is being weird so I can't move them around right now.

Macy got the golden egg!!! I think all the other kids had their baskets filled and were checking out their loot and the Golden Egg was still out there so Matt and I tried to show one of the other kids and she couldn't see it. Macy was sort of slow and still looking for eggs so we directed her eyes to it and so she was the lucky one! 5 whole dollars!!

Easter?

I know! Easter really? Well I wanted to post it back then, just been so busy reading everyone else's blogs! Ugh!

I did a little photo shoot before we went to Easter Dinner with Matt's family. I shouldn't call it a photo shoot, being that I only have a point & shoot, but whatever! You get what you get, right!?

Ella was the only one cooperating, so these are the best ones... sad.

I've got a bit of updating to do...

I had some fun the Sunday before Easter taking some pictures of the kids in their cute dresses and handsome "Grandpa sweater". Due to General Conference being on Easter, we decided to dress up the week before.

Laundry/storage room...

We've been working on re-doing our laundry/storage room. It still has a while before we are done, but here is our progress so far.

It used to be two rooms, but shortly after we moved in we knocked out the wall in between and made it into one long room.

We had a lot of drywall to patch up and the whole thing to texture. What a process!

Sometimes I wish we had a brand new house that we didn't have to fix up. But doing stuff the way we like is fun, too.

Now we just need trim, shelves and finishing touches and we'll be done! I'm so excited!

Brody - 6 Months!

Our little baby is now 6 months!

He is 16 lbs 9 oz

27 inches long!!!

And cute as can be.

He is now sitting up and making all kinds of new sounds. He is just the happiest baby, except when he is cutting teeth, but even then he is pretty good!

He has 7 teeth for crying out loud!

One of the fun thing about getting a new TV is the box! We have had our tv for a couple weeks now and the box is still in good shape and gets played with/in on a daily basis. The girls love to drag him in with them! But he loves the attention so I let them.
