These are of when Sam just got off the airplane.  He looks so different!  My camera is crap, but at least I found it!!!

He looks so different!  We didn't recognize him for about a second or two.  But he is VERY much Missionary and I think it might take a while for him to adjust back to the real world.  We're so happy he's home and safe!

Happy Birthday to Macy!

We can't decide whether her nickname should be "Marley" like the naughty dog on "Marley & Me" or "Messy Macy"

We love Macy to pieces, even though she is always into something and making messes all along the way.  Happy Birthday Macy!

I have to add her conversation with Matt on the phone this morning...

Macy: "Hello Dad!"

Matt: "Hey Macy, Happy Birthday!"

Macy: "Thank you, Dad!"

Matt: "Are you having a good day?"

Macy: "Ya"

Matt: "Are you 2 now?"

Macy: "Uh-huh"

Matt: "What are you going to do today?"

Macy: "Ummm....... have cake!"

It was so cute!  It seems she got older overnight.  

Macy's new look

No, Macy didn't get a haircut too.  Just some new pretty earrings.  These are also pics from my camera phone, but you get the idea.

She did so good!  Luckily she decided to bring her teddy bear with her to the mall.  (It helped)  I hadn't even gone there to get her ears pierced, but we went in looking for sunglasses, didn't find any, and came out with pierced ears!  She only cried for a minute and she loves them and thinks she is just so pretty with them!

And this is Macy in her Easter dress.  Of course she is eating candy.

By the way, we did find sunglasses at Children's place.  So far that has been the best place for us for sunglasses.  They are only 2 for $5!

Ella's new look

So Ella's hair has just been absolutely... sad.  I had been calling her Ruby Sue (from Christmas Vacation) because, well, look!  I did fluff it up on the sides (for the picture) a little just for the full effect.  Most of the time I wouldn't let her out like that.  

Anyway we had been using lots of clips and hairspray just to keep her from looking too crazy.  By the way, I blame most of it on Macy.  She pulled her hair daily and each time getting a huge clump of Ella's hair in her fist.  Usually in the same spot.  Poor kid.  I blame the rest of it on Ella cutting her own bangs a few months ago.

This is the ponytail that got cut off.  I thought I was going to throw up, but I'm happy with the results! :)

And thanks to Aunt Natalia, this is her cute new do!  I'll add a better picture on here later when I can find my camera.  Anyway, we love Ella's new haircut!

He might be embarrassed later on if he knew I showed this on here, but that's what mom's are for, right?
