We Love Barcelona!!

WE took a fantastic trip to Barcelona and Gerona. The highlights in Barcelona included: Las Ramblas, Gothic Quarter, Familia Sagrada, Barcelona Aquarium, modern architechture galore. Gerona was a quiet old town with an intact old city: complete with walls, narrow streets, cool old churches. Spain is the bomb--we will definitely be back----

Milan Duomo

Here's a picture of Claire and me on top of the Duomo (cathedral) in Milan, Italy. This was August 2007. Claire's favorite part was the pigeons in the square below.

Hallo Heidelberg

This picture was taken our first week in Germany- note the jet-lagged eyes. It's downtown Heidelberg near the pedestrian shopping street or "Haupstrasse."

The church in the background, called "Holy Ghost Church" in Germany was promptly re-named "Tall Church" by Claire. She loves to go to the tall church and get ice cream at the nearby gelatto store.
