Getting ready for my last creaming lesson with Richard Goh.
After attending his lessons for so many months, not only I learn
lots of baking skills n tips, I have made lots of friends there. Its
really good to see everyone coming to class sharing their bakes
and also sharing where to get good bargains for baking essential
stuffs. No deny that everyone is enjoying learning and chatting
there. I definitely going to miss everyone and hope that we will
meet up some other days.
Below is the fondant roses I rushed to made last night. Recalling how
to mould these roses which I had learnt 2 years ago. Though the
roses is not in perfect shapes, but still this is hand-made.:)
This is to decorate my last lesson - Wedding Tiers Cake.

Brother Birthday
Again, a very last min cake. No time to bake cake, soI decided
to buy a marble cake from the confestionary shop. Roll out
the fondant and made a mini aeroplane to decorate
the cake. Though this aeroplane looks too cartoonise for an adult,
but its the thought that count. Happy Birthday, Bro..

Birthday cake
PC down again. Not able to upload this photo till now. I am really
happy to make this cake with my own imagination. I used to be a
copycat...hee hee.... I used ready fondant bought from B.I.Y.
The taste is just as good as homemade mashmellow fondant. Its
so easy to do and it dries up faster too. Think its because of our
hot weather now. I used Aunty Yochana's butter cake with fondant.
I am really glad that cakes and fondant has fully consumed.

Sugar Paste Figurine (Fondant)
Attended B.I.Y. class to mould this baby and bunny.
It was really not easy to mould such a small figurines.
During class in air-condition environment, our
fondant dries up very fast. But once back home,
its so humid that my fondant started to sweat...

Barbie Doll Fondant
I intended to made Barbie doll cake for my younger
gal's b'day this coming May. But since now my niece
requested for the same cake, I shall take this as an
warm-up exercise...
The fondant is rather soft and is not easy to wrap
around the Barbie. It stretches...
But I had tried my best....Happy Birthday Jolyn..
**muack***
Oops..My cake crack once i inserted the Barbie in.
I should have cut a bigger hole in the centre to
allow more space.
The Barbie skirt is made up with 3 sizes of butter cake.
6", 5", 4".
