Girls' Night
Tuesday was my friend Haley's birthday. Her husband set up a surprise dinner at Applebee's for her. Erin Bentley and I drove over together. It was fun to get to see them and visit with girls for a while. I really enjoyed it!

Just Keep Swimming!!!
I'm so glad the kids are able to take swim lessons. They are meeting with a girl out here at her home, and they get 30 minutes together. They have gone 4 days this week, and go 4 days next week. They are learning to blow bubbles, kick, circle arms, hold on to the side, get out, etc. They are doing way better than I expected! They always surprise me. You see, the kiddos aren't exactly up for trying new things most of the time. But they have done fabulously. I couldn't be more proud!
I'm feeling so blessed that we can go so close and it be private, instead of a class with 10 kids, though I'd do that if I didn't have this option.

D-Backs
My mom got cheap tickets through work for the D-backs game on Monday night. Bryson and I went with my mom and Dad, Judd and his friend Kico, and Jordan and Christy. Bryson lost interest after a few innings, but still did great. We pigged out on food and had fun watching the game. We won, 7-1 over the Seattle Mariners. I love going to the games!

Payson, AZ
After being home for just a couple days, we decided to go up to the cabin for Father's Day weekend. We took my mom up with us- Friday night.
It's always so nice and relaxing to go up there. We play games and just hang out. We took the kids bowling for the first time up there as well. Dad and Judd came up Sunday.
We drove back on Monday morning, since Brenton had off. What a great weekend!!!

UTAH!!!
The kids, my mom, and I packed up the minivan and headed to Utah the 6th through the 13th. We stopped first at Aunt Leslie's house- and spent the night. The next morning, the kids and I left. We stopped in Provo to get my wedding ring cleaned, and visiting with my good friend Jessica and her 2 cute girls, Laura and Lillian. Then, we made the trek up to West Jordan to visit Grandma Pam, Grandpa Dave, Breanne, and Evan. We stayed at Breanne's house for the next few days, doing lots of fun stuff like Liberty Park, flying kites, and a farmer's market. At Liberty park we had a picnic, fed the ducks, and played in the water. Bryson didn't want to get in, but once he did he had a blast. The kids spent a couple hours in the water.
I even got to do a girls night (movie- What to Expect...) with Breanne and my Mom-in-law on Sat. night. Sunday, we went to church with Grandma Pam and Grandpa Dave, then headed down to Santaquin to stay with Aunt Leslie and my mom again. We spent lots of time playing games and visiting. Monday, we had a girls night (Olive Garden and a movie) with Kami, my mom, and Aunt Les. Thanks to Nick and Jason for watching my kiddos! Tuesday, we took the kids to the zoo. We had a great time! They have a new exhibit with a polar bear. The polar bear kept us entertained, swimming in the water. It was awesome! My dear friend, Kelli, and her two kiddos Lilly and Dallin met us there. We had quite the group- Aunt Les, Matt, Jason, Kami and their two kiddos, My mom and I and the two kids, and Kelli and her kiddos. We had a blast!!! After that, mom, Aunt Les, Kami, me and the kids headed to City Creek. We had a good time walking through it. We stopped to eat at Subway in the food court and Aimee fell out of the stroller on her nose. She bled and screamed- it was not a good scene. Finally after about 20 min it stopped and she calmed down. Other than blood, a cut lip, and a bump on the head she was fine. Thank goodness! The kids then played in the water at the splash pad there, and loved it! We went back to Aunt Les' and packed up. We tried to go swimming but it was too cold! Wednesday morning we got up and made the trek back home. We drove through Monticello, Blanding, and Monument Valley. My mom showed me some of the sites where she grew up. It was neat. Aimee got sick and threw up all over right after we started our trip. Bryson got sick and threw up outside of Flagstaff. Overall, we had to stop 8 times and the trek took us 13 hours. We were glad to get home!
I'm so glad we were able to go visit family and friends! The trip was so much fun! I look forward to going back next month!
