1) First come first serve basis.

2) Only for SERIOUS BUYERS. PLEASE no back out.

3) STRICTLY NO refunds or exchanges allowed.

4) Price stated doesn't include shipping cost.

5) BOOKING only valid for 2 days only. PRE-ORDER will take 3-4 weeks to arrive Malaysia. We will deliver the items to all customer within a week.

6) PAYMENT must be made in within 24 hours after confirmation. Email me the transaction details. We will not place your order if full payment is not paid.

7) We placed order directly from oversea, therefore we are not able to personally check out the quality of clothes, therefore we will not hold any responsible for it.

8) If stocks are no longer available, we will contact you and refund you the total amount.

9) COD is available during weekdays (after office hours) within Shah Alam, Klang and Subang. Also available at Ampang on weekends.

10) We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during shipping process.

11) All dress/baju are PRE-ORDER unless stated READY STOCK.

12) For dresses, please check that your height is within recommended limit (unless you don't mind altering it)
