Something blue

If you're reading this and you are not my parents or siblings, you may not know that we have a new addition to the McKee family basketball team.

I'm thrilled, although shocked.  I thought for SURE I could trust my intuition this time.  I was so excited to get the 4 giant tubs of Jade's old clothes out.  Maybe next time...

 Look at that flexibility
How COOL is this!? It was my first 3D ultrasound in all 3 pregnancies, even though I had like 5 ultrasounds with the twins.
And by the end of it I'm pretty sure he had completely flopped to the other side.  He is a mover, that's for sure.  Just what I need in my house.

But while we're waiting, look what I have to enjoy :)

I was taking this pic of Calder's hand to send to Aaron to ask if he thought his finger was broken.  But you can't even see the black and blue-ness of his thumb.  So really its just a cute picture of his little hand, that I want to hold all day.
 Pretty cool dad.
I'm not really a fan of posting pictures of foods you're eating, but whatever...isn't this the prettiest bowl of fruit you've ever seen?  I ate it all.

I've had a hard time posting this week because I couldn't decide what was appropriate to post about.  There has been so much happen in the last week, good and bad, and its just overwhelming.  So I'm not going to do justice to any of these events, I'm simply going to list them for now.  I may or may not embellish at a later date...

Most importantly to note, Aaron's dad passed away one week ago.  He had struggled for a long time, with his health and other things, but he was a great man who had a positive influence on so many lives.  I don't know what to say besides that we will miss him so much and I'm grateful for his kindness to me and my kids.  I have a lot of pictures of this week coming so I will do a separate post for that.

Starting on Monday I managed to teach a week long kids dance camp despite all that had to be done.  I'm glad I did it even though it was hard.  Jade had a blast. I wish grandpa had been there to take his awesome pictures.

Wands I made for the class

Last weekend I had a girls overnight trip to tropical Idaho Falls :) We shopped and ate and "slept" in a hotel before going to Denny's and returning to reality on Saturday morning.  I've got some wonderful friends.

Celebrate America

Saturday was Huntsman Springs' annual Celebrate America event.  Oh my goodness.  I can't believe my tiny little country town has something this HUGE and amazing (albeit challenging to do alone with 3 kids while pregnant.  Whew.  Maybe that was a mistake).

But seriously, it was so inspiring, and people came from all over to be a part of it.  I'm so glad we got to go this year and hope we can make it an annual event (and that next year Aaron will be home for the first half to take the FOUR kids with me).  I love my country.
