 They're still practicing their climbing skills.  Really they've mastered them.  This is an unusually low spot for Everest to choose.

West Ridge Ranch

We (or more me) have decided we want to sell our house.  We still really love the house and if it were up to me I'd put it on a truck bed and take it to the lot we were going to build on a few years ago.  But certain things I've realized are just really important to me and we can't have these things living out in the country.  

So if you or someone you know happen to be in the market for a home with TONS of breathing room and perfect views, this is the house for you.  I don't think that I'll find that person here, but you never know.  May as well get the word out. 

Summer Reading

Lately it tends to take me a long time to accomplish things on my to-do list.  For Christmas I got a couple of Barnes and Noble gift cards, which I finally used last week and I am so excited about it! So these will most likely take me all summer to read, but that's ok.

Anybody want to start a book club with me and read these? Maybe it will give me some motivation to read faster.

 Fans of Mortal Instruments, did you know there was a 5th book in the series??

If you've read these books I don't want to hear what you thought of them until I read them.

4th and final trip post

Our wonderful trip seemed about as long as its taken me to get these pictures up, so I guess its appropriate.

 I thought my babysitters house was worth posting a picture of since she played a big part in teaching me how NOT to treat your kids or the kids your babysitting.  Remember, no matter how young a child is, if you make them take a nap in the same room as you while you watch soap operas they will still remember what was on that tv.

 Elementary school...I know no one really cares about these but me, but I was surprised how many memories I had of these places as we drove past.

 Next stop, Huntington Beach

 Jade has managed to hold on to this super cool balloon fish.  Its a lot smaller now of course.
