Last year I lost a dear friend of mine that I had know since I was in Jr. High School.

He was a wonderful kind person and losing him was very hard.

He was incredibly talented and very involved in the arts especially music, theatre and film.

His amazing mother came up with the wonderful idea to start a foundation for

emerging artists in his memory.

Last Tuesday  the kick-off event  was held on what should of been his 31st Birthday.

I was lucky enough to be able to attend.

Hearing about the shooting at LAX last Friday

really struck a cord with me.

I have always been drawn to Los Angeles.

I feel like its where I am supposed to be.

And unlike most people I love LAX.

Wanted to send my favorite city some love.

The Perfect Date.

 

April 25. Not too hot, not too cold. All you need is a light jacket.

 

 This week had been a little stressful. So I decided to take a personal day and spend it with my favorite pup enjoying the beautiful weather. We had lunch with a friend, ran some errands then had a nap. It was very lovely, and much needed.

Hello Spring!

Spring is finally here!

Flowers and baby animals and sandals and breezy clothing!

 Spring makes me gleeful like this little lamb.

It also make me feel like I need to get done everything I'm behind on.

Like oil changes and cleaning and such.

Like giving this little girl a haircut!!! How cute is she!?! I totally did it myself. I'm so proud.

I went away for awhile.
I'm sorry.
I hate the holidays. They were extra bad this year.
Then I picked up another job, (thats 4 if you are keeping count) then Sundance.
I was a busy bee.
I'll try to be better I promise.
I hoping for BIG things this year.
