I'm supposed to be doing my work lah right now...loads of pending stuff...
but i'm stealing a bit of time surfing the net and blogging...
haha...you cant possibly work ALL the time right....
and besides my home pc is giving me the headache again everytime i used it...
i think it's beginning to go bonkers again...
so i made my office pc the victim...discreetly, of course...
ok....so i went to this birthday chalet/bbq thing last saturday...
it was my mum's cousin's son's birthday...
haha...
and it was fun....
had a really nice time catching up with my relatives and cousins...
their jokes were the best lah...
the laughing was non-stop...
the food was good...
and the chocolate birthday cake was fantastic lah....
one of the nicest chocolate cake i've ever tasted...
Mum found out it was nice and asked for a big slice of it...and she got it lah!
found out it was from Secret Recipe....
ok..so any grudges i hold against Secret Recipe is slowly beginning to disappear...
Coz they make nice delicious cakes....
and i think i bought the wrong type of present for the b'day boy...
mistook his age....
bought him this giant jigsaw puzzle and those little square-ish books for kids...
i thought he was like three or four-ish but in actual fact he's 5 (or 6)....
but nevermind....
his sisters can use the books....
and no one is too young to do a jigsaw puzzle...Right??
hehe...
haiz...too bad i didnt bring my camera along...
would have been nice to have pictures...you know..for keepsake...
But i hope there'll be more of this to come....
I'm pretty sure there is...

You'll get like a small jersy phone straps everytime you buy their potato chips..
I collected like loads of them lah...
only a few country was missing...
And now the same promo is back again...
this time instead of plastic phone strap...
the little jerseys are made of metal...
already collected 5 of them...
so 11 more country to go...
Told my mum about it...and she bought few packs of it...
hehe..when it comes to footie...my mum is totally sporting ok...
My collegues also got into the action...
ok...actually they just want to eat the chips...
and not interested in the phone straps...
seriously....they have no single ounce of interest in football lah
but i dun mind... as long as i get the phone straps...
haha...

May started off pretty sweet and with a bang and ended of pretty much the same way too...
09.05.08 - as you all noe...I got my driving license :-)
15.05.08 - My 21st Birthday...
My biggest thanks to all those who SMSed me your wonderful b'day wishes and for the b'day presents...
luv u all lah...made my day you did...
18.05.08 - Celebrated my b'day with my 4 darling princesses (Anu,Akki,Effa,Enn) at the botanic garden...yesh....b'day at the botanic garden with four fantastic,wonderful gerls...i couldnt ask for more... :-)
31.05.08 to 02.06.08- Took leave from work for a few days...Went to KL with the family...fun lah!!! Spend a lot of time doing..well, what else right...Shopping!!!! But i think we spend more on food...lol...this family can really eat lah!!! We ate a lot i tell you...non-stop... from the bus ride to KL until the train ride back home to S'pore...eat eat eat....
dunkin donuts...nasi lemak...durians...keropok lekor, mega mac (m'sia version of big mac but with 4 beef patties!) and macam macam lagi lah...tak larat nak list down all of them...

and when we got back to the hotel he wont let the housekeepers clean the room coz he thought they might steal his boots...

My house is kinda filled with my aunts,uncles and 2 cousins right now...
Mum cooked chicken rice and pasta...
What's the special occasion??
Mother's Day of course!
and not forgetting...tonight is Survival Sunday!!!!
Yep...they are all here to watch football...
Which team will be crowned BPL Champs??
Will Man United retain the title??
Or will Chelsea beat them to it??
(it's about less than ten minutes to the final wistle... and it looks like things are going in the Red Devils' Way...)And will Reading,Bolton,Birmingham and Fulham be able to fight the drop??
And will my Newcastle United end the season with on a high note??
(Not looking too good right now as we are two goal don to Everton...)But no matter what happens...i'll be looking forward to next season...
I felt that i've missed much of this season's action...
So next season...i wanna be able to set my footie-filled weekend back on track again...
yeah it's gonna be boring once BPL season ends...
but Euro's starting in June...
although it's not the same as the BPL, it's still football...
and maybe i'll be able to see Deco in action again...
it's been a long time since i last saw him play...
hehe
ok...the matches just ended....

Got myself an early b'day present..
I finally got my driving license two days ago...
yep yep...
after 2 failed attempts at my TP test, Alhamdulillah... i finally passed it on my 3rd sitting..
So my next task....is to convince my dad to let me drive his van!!
I'm having a hard time doing so lah!
Not sure why he's hessitating in letting me drive his van...
But i have mum on my side....
She'll help me change his mind...
hehe...
So sooner or later, he'll let me do so...
i just hope it's sooner than later! :)
