Sian. Exams over, posting for the first time after my exams. I feel like im wasting my free time away. I dun want to regret when sch reopens. Trying desperately to find interesting things to do, to learn.
Today went to queensway centre and ikea, which is nearby to each other. Went to all 3 levels, though 3rd level is mostly photocopy shops. The shops at the centre are mainly sports shops. Heard u have to bargain to get a cheap price, or else u have to have connections with the owner. Great variety, but most seem plain to me. only a few caught my eye. Some were too expensive, while a few are quite nice and would not be too expensive if can bargain. Also saw a cheap adidas sleeveless shirt (aka sports singlet) at $24.90, but i bet can get one of another cheaper brand like those FBT etc wth nearly same quality, probably less than $15.
Also saw the back alley shops, selling male and female necklaces, shirts, jeans, bags, some billabong bags and wallets, and even earrings and ear studs. Tried to look for men's christian-syle cross necklaces. Shrug at the idea of having a pierced earlobe. There's even a tattoo shop, which also offers tongue piercing.
Also came across a shop selling Zinc slingbags and other handbags and backpacks. Somehow Zinc seems familier, yet not familiar at all. Its quite cheap compared to other brands, and quite nice design also. Maybe consider it. Still trying to figure out if i shud use my jungle camou slingbag, or whether its already outdated, and i will look odd using it. Pls anyone help me in this dilemma.
Ikea restaurant has pretty good food! Didnt expect it, but the opposite. Love the swedish meatballs. And saw a workstation which we're considering for my room. And hotdogs at only 1 buck!
Now im considering if i shud learn thai kickboxing during holidays. My father expects me to pay for the course myself. Im thinking of working for experience, and possibly also for this. But, who will employ me? Will my Rafflesian status help me, or my height, or my ability to start a mature conversation? I guess i need help from my older church friends in this. Its possible to work at 13, but very hard to find jobs.
This hol maybe gonna go out with friends to wild wild wet and the jurong ice skating place. Maybe shud suggest having a lan party at somewhere cheap. Also gonna go checkout VIVOCITY! And im gonna go window shopping, trying out expensive clothes, take pics and then go away without buying anything! Heehee. Also gonna get together with church friends, and with someone special. I cant say who, maybe u happen to know tt person very well!!!
Also gonna sharpen my guitar skills, and train hard for judo. I want to represent RI in judo! That is why i must gambatte in training my fitness and skills.
Sigh, still tryin to think of what to do. If anyone has any suggestion, please post on my taggie.

Hence, my motto for the post-exam period is: Work Hard, Play Hard, Laugh Real Hard!!!

OK. A buzy week has passed. Now preparing for another buzy week ahead.
Its damn sian when u shud be going home early, bt instead have to stay in school doing stupid art or freaking projects. Thats my only grudge of the week.
Good things:1st, parents went to malaysia, nearly a whole weekend alone and free! Yay! 2nd, Got to watch National Geographic Channel's Martial Arts Week programme. Damn cool. Now i know how to punch, kick and knee someone with maximum force. If only i have bones as strong as muay thai boxers. And the katana rox above every other martial art weapon! And armlocks and necklocks rox!!
I think im going to sleep early tonight. Must enjoy my bed to the maximum.
