All State Honors Band

Mariela earned Second Chair Tenor Saxophone in the NC All State Honors Band 2006. The honors band performed at the UNC Greensboro Aycock Auditorium. She now is working toward first chair Alto Sax for this coming year. Her private instructor , John Billington, is planning on recording duets of him and Mariela and publishing them on his web site, www.jtbmusic.com.
