School is going well!
Well we began school again and we are all really enjoying it. The kids are really working hard at their school work. I went to Wal-Mart and bought some great little stickers for really great work. I love to see their faces light up every time they get a sticker. Daddy had a great devotion tonight about envy out of proverbs 27-4.

We had a great family day-
Well yesterday Tom woke up with a need to travel and so we decided we would drive to Ocean Shores which is where we spent our honeymoon. About two thirds of the way there we decided it would be fun to go to Olympia instead. So we spent most the day yesterday in the state capital looking at all the neat buildings and playing in the parks. Afterward we decided to go to Lacey and go look at Cabela's (Toms favorite store). The kids had a great time drinking fresh squeezed lemonade and eating carmel popcorn while looking at all the taxidermy animals.
On our way back home we stopped in Harborview and saw our friend Tom Ravathis and for those of you praying for him he is really having a hard time figuring out what is real and what isn't. He seems to be healing and he will be going to a rehabilitation center in Sequim on Monday which I am so excited about because we can see him a lot more often. Please pray for encouragement he is taking one day at a time but please pray we can be a blessing to him!
Since we were in Seattle we decided to take the ferry and then we met Jim and Wendy for dinner at Azteka which comes to why I am at home on a Sunday morning at 10:40. We woke up this morning with tummy aches but we are feeling better and we will see you all soon.

Great trip so far-
We have had a great time so far. We stopped in Leavenworth for a day and then went to an R.V. park in Lake Chelan. We had great fun playing in the water both days. Yesterday we visited Burien Baptist in Lake Chelan. It is so nice to be a christian you have family everywhere you go! Speaking of being a christian RebeccaLynn accepted the Lord last night. It may have been the happiest day in my life. So much more special than the day she was born. What an amazing thing to know I will see her in heaven. You pray for them their whole lives and to see her accept the Lord was a moment I will never forget. Will tell you more about it later. For now off to Chesaw!

Hmm...
Well my beautiful daughter just got a little more beautiful I think. She is such a pretty girl no matter what you do with her. I gave her a hair cut this morning. I think I cut about 14 inches off. She has been wanting a hair cut for a quite a while and Tom has wanted her hair cut and I was holding out but I gave in this morning. I almost cried and I am still on the verge but I will make it. Let me know what you think.

God is so good!
I have been praying for some pretty big issues for the last couple of years and God has given his answer. I am so thankful for our answered prayers. There have been three miracles happen in my life in the last month. The more recent being that I had someone in my life I have been harboring bad feelings toward for almost ten years and really struggling with it. I was talking to a couple of my friends about a month ago and they kind of brought it to my attention that I had been bitter towards this person with out realizing it. I am so thankful for faithful friends. When I got home I really struggled with it and asked the Lord to help me to forgive this person. I really did not want to go to them with a list of past offenses. I just told the Lord all the offenses that were done to me and how I didn't want to hold onto them anymore. I prayed he would help me to forgive future offenses also from this person and that the Lord would help me to love this person like he loves them. I feel light as a feather now and I can honestly say I am happy.
Oh and update on Tom's reversal- We both prayed for the money to come in to pay for the surgery and the very next day Tom got a job that would cover the cost of the surgery!!! what a blessing. His consult is next month and we are so excited.
