Yes, I have to admit I'm freaking out now and then...
Something I myself couldn't explain...
Anyway I'm feeling really tired these days...
Despite sleeping early and having 2 hrs nap...

*voyage de la vie

Well i was really excited for Voyage de la vie...
though i wasn't in the right mood throughout this week...
at least this kept me distracted though...

Went with Nini and she was indeed hyped up for this...
it wasn't my first theatrical experience but a first for a large scale one...
and haven't really around resort world that much...
besides Universal Studios...

We got the very front seat...
the only ones though in the row hahaha...
at first I thought we were too near but i beg to differ!!!
i could literally yank the cast down coz they are really up close...
and it was such an amazing experience...
its as if you were part of the whole experience...
and having the cast smiling at you...
especially when i went all appreciative...
of all their amazing acrobatic stunts...
and seeing their eyes glitter when u went gaga over their act...
its becomes rather personal, which i liked!

This contortionist kid is crazy can?
Haha he is so fluid in his moves that i could go "ouch"...
if i were to mimic every movements he make...

Jonathan Leong was supposed to be part of the cast...
but its replaced by some other guy...
which I think is better looking...
but I think the accompanying music...
just swallowed his vocal...
not sure Jonathan would be better...
coz I'm not really a fan of his either....

This girl just make me sit on the edge too...
She swings so high that I prayed for her throughout the stunt...
She just jumped off the swing to grab a rope that was hanging far off the swing...
And everything she does, she smiled...
Hahaha she must have thought we are wimps down here...

Then there is this marksman guy...
Who used the bow and arrow and shoot it across the stage...
Seriously, i was damn scared if it misfired...
and hit into someone...
but well he was indeed a real pro...

This lady was awesome too..
She actually took off the harness that was supporting her...
and using her arm strength...
she literally snakes up and down a rope...

I was also entertained with the juggling act too...
funny and entertaining as well...
such fluidity in all his acts...
and he was very precise when he literally throws the ball onto his back...
5 balls neatly lined up in a single row...
how cool is that?!



The details in the props...
The superb colours and pyrotechnics used...
The stunning and such first class act...
You never once felt bored or too much acts in a half an hour show...
I'm so looking forward to more of such!

the only time i did was in secondary school...
and thats only for a year, and i wasn't allowed to take art as a major...
coz i was a Science student...

i've managed to pull Zaq out for a movie...
he's been busy with work lately...
and managed to do a quick hangout with Vick and Wendy...



Black Swan is superbly good one after A Single Man....
Natalie Portman plays Nina, a ballerina from New York City ballerina company...
whom aspires to be the perfect ballerina...
and aims to have a spot as the swan queen...
in their upcoming musical "The Swan"...

Nina, who keeps trying to pay attention to the technicalities of her moves...
rather than the passion for dancing...
found herself jeopardizing the position she's been aiming...
she finally got the spot, only to trigger herself deeper...
into her own hallucination...

Zaq and me cringe at every moment...
when there is a scene when she scratches herself...
tore some skin or nails off, which seriously made some gals scream...

Overall, a real good movie with good scores...
Good camera angles and details...
No funky special effects...
and yeah Natalie Portman won an Oscar for this...
