well i went early to ICA building...
like 8am wen they juz open their doors...
so that I'll not be caught in the queue...
and wont be late for work....

well i couldnt find the counter...
and i ask the officer on the ground...
wel she explained that my passport...
wont be valid after next march...

i was curious why... since it stated well overdued...
and i ask her isnt this year 2008?...
she juz smiled and said this year 2007...
haha so malu seh!!!...
and i gt the guts to ask like 2 times...
to make sure this year is 2007...
and all this time i was holding TODAY papers...

haha enuff said...
im damn early in office today....lol

yeah one of our bro's bdae...
wc...
well we celebrated his bdae bash at st james...
was caught in the massive jam...
coz of the party goers for zouk out...
literally walk to st james(nt a far distance tho)...

so we had the usual cake cutting...
the official gift...
but the best part was...
the sabo gift...

yup... its a girl's mini brief...

wanted to buy g-string but was too obscene..

and yeah XL didnt even want to buy it own her own...

have to drag me to help summore...

haha well wc has to wear it on the spot...

must be "comfortable" hor...

we did treat him to series of drinks...
first was the lamborgini...

den it was waterfall...
shared wif XL whose bdae is cmg soon too...

anyway i enjoyed the session...
and i hope u do to hor wc...
a sure memorable one... lol

singapore design festival...
well me, zuli and iss went to city hall...
to check the festival this year...
we went to city chambers for the ROJAK event...

initially me and zuli were pretty late...
haha and iss gt kind of agitated with it...
and this build up when the ROJAK event...
started way very late...
like amost 30 minutes behind schedule...

guess wat iss said was true...
"designers are always late"...
hmm no comments on that...

anyway we decided not to wait...
and we went to the old supreme court...
and see the product design showcase...
wic was far more interesting...
and inspiring... lol

we decided to have dinner an chill out at starbucks...

Amazingly these kids are exposed very much to pop-culture and social influence...
And in a way play a big role in their life...

Reminded me of my little cousin...
Who could tune to any pop-songs better than me...
And she could also re-enact a radio jingle right to the sound effects...

and also top friends etc...

wat can i say... kids are getting brighter nowadays...
sumtimes i feel our intelligence at times are being tested...lol...

my SANA frens and I had wanted to go this dinner together...
as a form of gathering....
but i turn into a rather interesting twist of events...

2 weeks before the event...
Robert and Jeremy, my officers from SANA...

decided to nominate me for the award...
I wasnt really keen on it as my objective as a volunteer...
was to provide the best I could for the badge scheme course...
anyway I was told that I wld be receiving it for that night...

eventually on the day itself...
Robert called me and gave me a surprising news...
and before I could reply i was transferred to another person...
I was told that Berita Harian (malay newspaper)...
wanted to interview me...
I wasnt really keen at all bt i did agree to it...

they interviewed me via a call...
and did a photoshoot on that evening...
just outside raffles city...
I was quite embarrased as a lot of ppl are arnd...

so the article came out on today's paper...
and i thank all the well wishers from frens...
