Been pigging out waaaay too much. Cheese dosai yesterday, multiple mysore paks and buttery garlic naan + super creamy subzis today. BAD.
And it's like some kinda fate-ish thing that I happened to sign up for Martha Stewart's Whole Living daily newsletters, and one came in just now saying "Start off October right!". I think the timing's quite perfect coz there are only 2.5months, or 71!!!!! DAYS, left and it's really HIGH TIME I STARTED TAKING ACTION! Photo-shoot probably in a month too.
I'm not gonna starve myself, don't worry! But seriously, I should prove to myself that I can stick to an action plan for less than 3 months. That's definitely not very long!!
And they've even given this weekend to prepare myself :)
