Henry got his first two teeth when he was 5 months old (early November). I had the hardest time trying to get photos of the little nubbins. My best bet was while he was eating. Unfortunately I basically got a whole lot of messy face shots. But look closely and you might see them (the left one came out a couple days before the right one and in these shots it is more obvious).
Look at the size of those hands! He can grab an apple one-handed out of our fruit basket and bring it to his mouth (and then we take it away).
Say what?
This was taken another day and dang it if he wasn't getting tired of me trying to document his new teeth! ;-)
Darn! If he isn't the cutest baby ever ...

Halloween 2011
I am not sure why I hardly have any photos from Halloween this year. I didn't even take a group shot. :-( Oh well, next year.
Henry
Sahara was Deb from Napoleon Dynamite and Henry was a tiger.
Sahara and Henry
Esther was Cinderella.
Ezra was Peter from Chronicles of Narnia.
Talley was Snow White.
Claire was a bride (not sure why she isn't wearing her veil in any of the photos).
Kenyon was an old archeologist professor, or should I say professor of archaeology?
We had a lovely Halloween and the weather was perfect. Usually we are battling snowstorms or super cold weather. It was so pleasant this year.

Dress-Up
When you are a baby, you don't get to choose what happens to you. Like getting dressed-up by your big sisters. Poor Henry got to try on all sorts of things from our Halloween bin as the kids were looking for costumes to wear. This one deserved a photo. He wasn't loving it. ;-) (He's a bat-cat, in case you were wondering.)
Crazy Hair Day
I have oodles of photos to post here. I finally went through my October and November files and some of December. It will probably take me a week to get them all posted. We'll start with Crazy Hair Day, which took place in October 2011:
Here's Ryland. (I shaved designs into the boys' hair and then after school, I shaved them completely bald. Ryland and Kenyon loved it and got lots of compliments at school. After Ezra saw his hair, he cried. And then he hid. I had to force him out of the van at school. He really didn't like his hair, but he got used to it by the end of the day and told me that everyone at school thought it was cool.)
This was about as "crazy" as Claire would get. She did not want anything too weird. ;-)
Kenyon--a bulls-eye in the back (Sahara--or was it Beth--took these photos and neglected to get a shot from the back).
Esther (Beth did the three little girls' hair.)
Ezra--he had stripes, but it looked like several mohawks.
Talley
Altogether.
