I'm back from the 3 day 2 night voice-losing 07 orientation camp.
I lost my voice -terribly.
Reason: The sec ones were SO unenthu.
Im really sorry to say but this orientation camp wasn't really much of a success.
Maybe if we exclude the sec ones it will be a WOOSH! but it wouldn't be ORIENTATION camp anymore then.

on 27th dec went to school at 8am. to do banner.

DAY one MESSY
some sec ones started to come in even when we were having briefing in the hall.
when they started streaming in... dr boon's talk is super long so time overrun.
Then got jiajie intro, the starting dance.. by jasmine, jinni, yunxuan, kelyn, jianle and me.
this time no guys.
that means zhou yang and tzy didn't dance.

after that all the sec ones given candles then ogls also got candles then ogls stand in one line then ogls candles light up first then we must yell our group number to get all out sec ones.
but halfway through must stop because mr chua say very dangerous. infact, i agree. lol.
it was SOOOO chaotic! my god.

anyway first thing after that, they go put their bags in their bunks. then come down again interacted etc.

Telematch, not too bad coz at least we suceeded in getting everyone to play scissors paper stone with eacher other.. but the other game was.... rough.

rah rah session was demoralising. WATER was so quiet compared to Wind. i hsouted at my ogms and then halfway through i lost muy voice. damn. i somemore buy drinks for them before rah rah and they didn't cheer. total: $11.20 leh!

massdance was okay la. im glad they moved.
haha and i told them, "okay im going to teach you the dance steps, you all see carefully if don't know must say then i do again if not i don't know. and you all must MOVE okay, noneed to dance, those who don't know how to dance nvm, but must MOVE okay!" and im sooooooooooooo glad they moved! :D

while the ogms had church activity, ogls ate dinner and discussed cluster performance for campifire.

then had night games.
not scary de lor.

first station was shawn's the one go and watch snippets of ghost stories. haha i didn't watch jianle dumbdumb go watch.
the other two CONSIDERED scary ones are the toilet at aesthetics and aloy de.

the rest is tab's coin station, victor's bamboo pole station, weisheng's soap station, nien yuan's twister station, wey yang's entangled station and shiya's R&E stall, code breaking station.

after night games we all gathered back at the hall.
some teacher ms koh i think warned us about not making too much noise.
and that the police came.

every camp either police or someone will complain de lor. wlao eh.

jianle = maobi. (calligraphy brush. coz her hair so cute! haha but she broke bad news to me... she might be having a hair cut soon. AW! MY MAOBI!)

lingxin = zeroheart (coz ling = zero, xin = heart, and she can't play cards coz she won't have hearts xD)

went to popular then went to toysrus where qinhui and i had a sword fight, i kept almost hitting alot of people. hah lols thanks jinni, you reminded me that qinhui and i were best ogps last year. :D:D:D coz we are like so crappy together and funny too.

splitted ways then jinni, audrey, huimin and i went ntuc and the rest went entury square.

we bought sweets for og.. and we were so fickled minded! =/

okay then we went cs to meet up and some people left for home only qinhui, audrey, javier and i went to eat long john but kelyn and joseph came to join us.
later javier and i went home then the rest went to watch national treausre.

I just woke up to the cheery afternoon. hahahhaha

Orientation training camp cum farewell is over! (20-21dec)
Its was pretty.... bonding? haha i keep thinking that every camp is very bonding..

I reached school at around 10.30am. Jasmine, yujun and yunxuan were already there painting farewell banner.
Sorry, i didn't help out much or maybe at all, because i scared i will like ruin it so i sat there and gave entertainment(distraction) and jing shen shang de gu li. hahahah

The rest soon came, sometimes we dance and then paint then paint then dance then poke each other and chase chase chase then sat down, eat lunch... haha whatever.

Jiajie called me after lunch. he wants a mike to be set up in main school hall.
so jasmine accompanied me and i went. then i realised that theres no handheld mike. (it's in tower hall) then i went down to the pa storeroom to see if i can get a wire mike -it's locked.
so, no choice still need to go tower hall. then we walked until there then the door ALSO locked.
so we walked all the way up again to the main school hall
but stopped to wait for jiajie.

and jasmine and i talked about ...stuff. haha in some ways we share the same thoughts and situations lol.

Jiajie came and we went up to pa box together.
Then i no choice, just try out with the mike and wire that was in pa box drawer.. i didn't even know if it can work or not. but i tried and VOILA!
haha poor tzy, coz i asked jasmine to call him here then just when the mike works, then he came!

oops! he somemore asked jasmine, "zhen de ah, mei you pian wo right."
something like that. lols.

We were informed of our orientation group, orientation group partner and our clusters and cluster leaders and the seniors that we can look for for each cluster.

Im in cluster 2, my ogp is cherlin from pub. my clusters leaders are shuyi and jervis and the seniors that we can look for help are, eugenia, kheng soon, fiona, can't remember liao.

anyway, because cherlin only can come for the first day so i think i would have to change ogp. so..... haven't been updated yet.

mass dance started soon after that.

The "freestyle" part has changed to weyjian's part. which is very, confusing haha because it looks a bit like our farewell dance and some part of the mass dance itself so i always forget lols.

anyway, after learning for a while then all the farewell dance people went down to the concourse to prac.

prac for very long.. then wesnt inside pac to change our clothings.
haha damn funny.

so hectic. i still ran to concourse alone and take the letter that i wrote for bryan and give to zhuting. the concourse was so dark! scaryyy

then jinni, tzy and i quickly went backstage to wait for our turn for dance. i stoned okay, at the second verse. dots.. if not it would be good. haha vivian also stoned. at eh last part. haha kelyn also, at the special chorus part. haha i know yunxuan also but don't know where.

anyway haha don't care la just as long as generally we did good yup, it's good enough.

went to our seats and we had dinner! waited very long before we could start. there's this dian ge part during dinner and it was fun! haha

besides the threeof them and juwel and joel, all the rest of us are ghosts crawling on the floor. tzy is the king of ghost.

we just kept crawling on the floor and joel did the narrating then jeremy ma, joseph and darren just stab themselves that's all. haha lame but yunxuan said it's the best of all the performances haha thanks dude.

then we had to do sai gang again. clear up the mess and bring all the tables and benches back to the canteen. thankyou, i could have died though i only moved one table. i was kinda exhausted or something.
later on went to main school hall with meixuan and zhuting to put the handheld stuff at pa box. haaha zhuting showed me the SAFE pathway. all thanks to aloysius koh, now im like scared when i used to be brave. sheesh.

sleep? NO! jiajie gave us permission to order macs! so alot of people ordered macs and we went to the pac to slack. then macs came and we ate macs then we went back in. then i slept haha. thankyou jianle, help ZIP me up. i was super cold.

i fell asleep when jian le and yunxuan started playing. then i woke up when jiajie and ben was playing. haha then i slept again. sorry, didn't buy breakfast with you all. i was zonked out.

morning! i woke up and no one was in sight. okay, only ben i think and somebody. dono la. but it was 6.30 and we were supposed to be ready by 7. WOW.
i went up to bunks..... but i went the long way, when the stairs already opened la.

okay anyway couldn't find any of sec twos lols except jiayun and alvina.

okay, anyway.. gathered at pac then mr tong came to brief us about friday's sec one registration. then later jiajie briefed us about camp. there's one day overnight camp tomorrow...... day games would be learning mass dance and some telematch games then night would be farewell then the next day would be sec one registration which we will be doing ushering but im not sure what im doing because mr tong said im in charge of pa... erm but i still bringing my blazier and stuff, just in case xD

after meeting then got comm meeting. about comm performance tomorrow during farewell. it was so freaking difficult to think of.. then we thought of one super duper uber lame which i think will have leng chang....... so im thinking of miss swan =X yes, that's it. miss swan! other comms please don't copy if not functions die already =D just kidding!

after meetingsssssss then we went pas to prac dance.. farewell and mass and then later danced to accidentally in love and together again. wlao, jianle got some freaking good memory that she could remember most of the dance steps for both dances. well, good for her! :D

prac for damn long then later went to help in banner. but i didn't really help la im sorry to say but at least i was there x)

there's some curse on the dance i think. yunxuan fell sick and i think her leg hurts, jinni hurt her left thumb, jasmine sprained her left hand.... =(

so poor thing la yunxuan, she was only informed yesterday afternoon that must do proposal for farewell banner so today must rush out the banner. lols!

jasmine, jinni and i went to tampines mall ntuc to buy stuff haha and lucky got that nice lady to help us cut open the cardboard box with penknife and inside really got peppermint if not it's a waste of time and effort.. =)

okay, i packed my stuff damn wuickly for tomorrow's camp already. I was thinking that yes! this is finally one camp where my bag will feel super light but NOPE! it's still as heavy.. dumb me.

Ada went to 85 to help us buy chiken rice. later javier also joined us for dance.

Ihad fun in guitar prac. anita played lots of songs and i sang along haha the funniest was accidentally in love. damn hilarious, especially the "im in love , im in love" part. hahahahha



i love accidentally in love! it reminds me of all the fun in my orientation camp, when i was sec one haha and i had zhuting, kristy and jinfeng as oglsss

Dance prac today at 10, i was late for half an hour. Didn't know there was actually two pas.. lols, anyway, had to change to jeans when i reached.

I always always see the same people at dance prac.. yunxuan, jinni, vivian, jasmine, tzy, zhouyang and me. oh and sometimes jianle.. she didn't come today though.

danced then thought of ending then dance again. not too bad, i think i improved. tzy went to set up mike in tower hall then he left. Later on jinni, yunxuan, vivian, jasmine, ada and i went 85 to eat curry rice, ada didn't eat then later all of them except yunxuan and i went to bugis.

yunxuan accompanied me because i had to keep the two mikes at tower hall at around 3, after Chinese Orchestra's mini concert. WOAH, not bad lehhhh! haha it was really cool, their music. anyway, it ended really fast hah so we didn't wait long.

went to talk to zhenyi, yujun and lee jing after their performances ended. :D

Left for mrt station. I was RARHHH! at yunxuan so i didn't share my umbrella with her haha, wanted her to "fan xing"...

Saw a model (i think) taking having a photo shoot at tanah merah platform, so cool hah.
saw leonard on the mrt train haha at first he acted like he didn't see us then later he waved.

reached bugis pretty soon and joined jinni, vivian and jasmine at bugis street. we walked alot and thought alot before buying the Little miss or mr shirt.

finally we found a hop that has a size that can probably fit all of us and had stock. but the stall aunty is abit.... @#$%^&*! haha made vivian angry.
jasmine damn funny, we bumped into alot of people giving out leaflets.. i already had 1 and one girl still gave it out to me so i said, "wo3 yi3 jing1 you3 yi2 ge4 le4" then she said "zai4 na2 duo1 yi2 ge4" haha then jasmine also take, we just threw it away and another girl approached us, and i said,"wo3 gang1 gang1 diu1 diao4" then the girl damn gaoxiao, she said,"na2 qu4 diu1 diao4 ye3 ke3 yi3" ahahahahah funny!

I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT I STOPPED AT BONDING CAMP WHEN SO MUCH OTHER FUN CAME ALONG THE NEXTNEXT DAY AND THE NEXTNEXTNEXTNEXT DAY. AND MORE DAYSSS TO COME. or already came.


alright alright, basically, bonding camp was really bonding luhs haha.. but I was rather de moralised during the chair solving game... (serene, i haven't tried out your method using the $1 and 50cents coins!) oh and there were a few times in the day games when i really wanna punch something but okay anyway, LEARN TO BE PATIENT!!

Night games really did came soon! Sec twos quickly bathed haha actually the boys of course bathed faster than us la and they were like rushing us to quick quick QUICK! and go down and gulp down our dinner and rush to the avt and quickly set up our night games station HAH! hilarious! x)

jianle and i went to our night games station at geogroom but we decided not to put the station at behind geogroom coz it was likef reaking BRIGHT coz of the streetlamp there so we changed it to the end of homec room over there.

haha all our acting all impromptu so we had some stupid mistakes in our conversations.

me: i don't know! A voice in my head told me that she was the right one.
jianle: I DIDN'T!

OMG! then we both smiled la! haha coz of the mistake but LUCKILY, the person was erm, hanging clothes so they couldn't see our faces only hear you know.

me: YES!....

OMG, at first i was like YES! and i wanted to say I WILL! -meaning that i will bring another one.. then after she said you will regret it then i stun tio.

me: YES! I WON'T! (lols, sounds super confusing and wrong la!)

and both mistakes occured to the same person argh. haha but it was damn funny, we laughed like siao.

okay, then after our station ended, then we packed up and went to the main hall to "help" haha jianle and i were backstage then she play piano.. then BANG!!!! haha then both of us act like couple go to the shutters area and bang on the shutters. but freaking pain la!
aiya then sian already so we went to jinni's station which i screwed up OOPS!
I squatted in the corner then coz i wear white mah so i pretend to be ghost haha too bad i don't have long hair if not scarier. haha then i distracted leon lol, he squatted down beside me and talked to me.
then matthew and leon went inside the cubicle then i went to the other cubicle and stood on the toilet bowl and hung my head over the top of the wall. OMG THERE FACES WERE SO DAMN HILARIOUS THAT I HAD TO LAUGH AND I CONTROLLED SO THE RESULT WAS ME SPLATTERING SALIVA ALL OVER THEIR FACES!

it was a fun process in saying the storyline out.. haha

okay, after everything, we had some night revies in our groups. we were told of parables and then we had a confession. okay, im a truthful girl. i told my confession about sophia. =x

I DIDN'T SLEEP.
next day. at 5.30, the sec threes came to raid us. haha it was damn cool, like some war like that and they cam chionging into our bunks with their wooden sticks and you know, waking the other people up. haha everyone gong gong....

MORNING EXERCISE! -lead by ncc wenjie and joseph.
went to the hall... did warm up stretching first. then 20 push ups, 30 sit ups (im so going to do sit ups everyday!), 5/8 counts of jumping jacks, then ran five rounds around hall. then do cooling exercise.
yay then sat down in our groups and played "chemistry". it's super sianed.

then our facilitators came and we had to think of cheer again, for alliance group kahona.
i had a starting,"ka ka kahona, kahona hona hona..."
the games started.

had tug o war.. with another allianced group.
they are called rootbeer boys
it's SO weird okay, they won us at first, it was when everyone was pulling together.. and won us four times. then we had a individual sex competition.. as in girls versus girls, boys versus boys. and both we won! then after that we had a combined one again and a solely facilitators one and we lost both. so weird right?? lols! im bewildered!

then we had this omg so omg tiring game! it's called "pump it"
we had to compete against the rootbeer boys again but the main objective is to still finish the game. there's a bucket and three balled up ropes.
the whole group must do 10 push ups within half a badminton court to exchange for 3 tries of throws. there are different distances from the bucket, ranging from 3 to 6 feet. 6 feet means 6 points, 5 feet means 5 points etc.. in total, each group must get 150 points.

before you throw you MUST SAY WHICH FEET YOU ARE GOING TO THROW FROM IF NOT THE WHOLE GROUP MUST DO EXTRA 10 PUMPING and when one person goes out of the box to throw, the rest of the people in the box cannot make a sound if not also extra ten pumpings.

at first we were leading but later on we lost to them because we had too many 20 and 30 times of pumpings. omg, i was going to like die! O.o

finally it was over.. we were so glad! but i think that game really bonded us. :D


amazing race! went to avt for briefing first before setting off. for the whole thing, we were with our alliance group. first station was EAT! -.- at 85. then must take bus to changi airport.
Then from changi airport go east coast park. THen from ecp go old changi road. then from old changi road go little india. then from little india go vivocity.

doesn't seem very long right, but it's supra tiring okay, my legs were going to break like any moment.
and we made our facilitators angry on the way to ecp..
aw, they damn scary though we know they won't be extremely harsh but it's nan shou to know that okay, we made them angry.. oops. we said sorry and had to do a damn loud cheer for them.

oh yar and at old changi road food centre had to eat hot hot laksa with two scoops of chilli. O.o bad sorethroat.

at changi airport, we need to approach tourist and ask them about name blahblahblah.

anyway, the second day was seriously like some diet camp. YOU MUST EAT, then YOU MUST RUN. *pants* i was never good at long distance running hahahah!

we were the last group to reach but we finished all the stations. nvm, it was still a good try.

haven't plan for finalle night, DIE! we wuickly packed our bunks then wahed toilet then settled down to talk about our later performance. actually i could see our facilitators were disappointed and they suggested alot to help us.
if we had done it properly, it would have been a dynamic performance but AIYA it's either,
we are all forgetful,
we don't have the chemistry,
or we just didn't have the enthusiasm.

anyway, before finalle performance we had dinner then we had this auction.
and then we had prize giving, our alliance group kailua kona actualy got the highest number of toothpicks! izzit? sorry, sssstml!

after finalle we had pmass photo taking then within small groups then another review within groups then celebration then shared the prizes and the auction stuff. haha a packet of colour ful popcorn and a packet of crackers etc.. then we all had to go so ya, we went. HOME! :D

on 15th dec had functions outing

pa outing, supposed to go ice skating then steamboat at marina bay but lixuan and i only went for steamboat. Hers was because got tuition, mine was PO.
it was fun, zhuting's table caught fire.
our table was like stone stone stone because the stupid soup can't boil and the aluminium foil burnt so fast. super sian.

when coming to the end of steamboat, we started talking about ghost stories which will really freak me out WLAO! about our school one la DORTZ. i still got two more years leh!

missed the first 400 bus coz too many people.
waited for the second bus and from that moment on, we continued talking about ghost and we didn't stop until most people alighted from the mrt for tampines.




dance prac was hahahahhahah and hahahahhahahah! yunxuan and i were practically crazy.
anyway, halfway through laoniang (jasmine) left to do atm card and we slacked man! haha talked alot and had some "frankly speaking" confessions. :D

then went for lunch.
then went back for dance prac(laoniang was back) and when we fumbled with our dance steps, laoniang said, "bu ke neng zhe yang luan, ni men gang cai shi bu shi mei you prac." OMG! bei cai chuan le! oops! haha

then later prac for quite a while and had test somemore! YES I PASSED! :D :D :D


functions outing!!!!
2pm at ecp mac. hah i reached at 2.33pm.
waited damn longgggggggg for the rest including zhuting and meixuan to arrive. when they finally did, we went out to find a good spot to lay our stuff before playing and WOW, IT POURED! later after it eased, we heck care and went to play ball at the beach. we played captains ball. juniors versus seniors and we won, 14:7 haha at first was 11:2 i think then they had some whatever plan L plan Y plan don't knw what and the caught up. haha bryan damn good. thumbs up. but our group better.
got tall people like zhuting, amtthew and teng hui and got good catchers like jeremy, ME!, jiayun, juwel. haha cool.

there's this dog that came to play with us. soooooo cute! haha :D but it doesn't listen to it's owner.
when we got tired we all went to the sea and played. 7-up. so cool.
then zhuting distributed new functee (mine shirt freaking big!) and we went to bathe then came back and collect our stuff and went to mac to sit and ordered some of their food and then eat our own food.. nuggets(fried by me), sandwiches(by zhuting), eggtarts (made by tenghui), crackers and drinks (brought by tzzzy and jinni) taht's all. hah

then later took lots of photos. then went home. hahahahah! it was fun though!

Im back from Bonding camp.
OMG, it's changed to be like an outward bound camp AND a diet camp!
haha i added in the diet camp. that's because it's so physical training yesterday, which is the last day of camp.
okay, vivian ang, jasmine, yujun and I didn't really sleep. But vivian and jasmine were the ones that didn't even sleep at all. I think yujun and I slept alittle.

Day One.
I came to school at 10.48am because there was dance prac at 11am before reporting camp at 1pm.
Actually we didn't really dance because we were discussing alot on night games! jinni and jiane were drawing clues.

jianle and I went to check out our station which is behind geog room, I was alittle disappointed because I was thinking that it could be scarier. it was too exposed and it was residential area, opposite was the condo.

at around 12.15, jinni, jianle, ada, tzy, glen, zhouyang and I went down to 85 to eat lunch.
I ate wanton mee. haha lols.

Yunxuan joined us soon after. After eating, we went to the provision shop nearby to buy lighters.

We returned to school just in time to report for camp.

we wanted to sit in our comms when we entered AVT but no, we are not allowed to hahahah so we mixed comms which is cool enough because i was sitting with all the sec twos :D

Then, the sec threes came in like a tribe. haha we were then called into our respective camp groups.

I was in juwel and weyjian's group, my group members are ronald lee, zhou JIEyang, sophia, kunmei and alvina.Our group identity is a wristband, which mine is still with juwel but i thought it was lost allllll the time. lols, bluff me =(

Our group name is called Kahului and our alliance group which is called kailua kona which consists of zhuting, leon (facilitators), vivian, glen, yujun, deborah and tricia.

Our allianced group name is called KAHONA!

We sat in our groups and though of a cheer first.
Then the games started and we all played day games. DIRTY GAMES! (plus alittle water games)

First game was the candle game.
each alliance group will have a base so there are four bases then we are supposed to protect our base. everyone's base is an overturned chair with a thin rope tied at the four lengths of the legs. we have a candle as well. and one alliance group will have another four candles.
The candle at the base is to let us light up our own candle and go burn other groups' rope at the base.
And the rest of the people that are not protecting the base or burning other base's ropes must go and blow out the candles of those that are approaching your base.

so it was like super duper uber difficult la, i managed like three or four times going right up to the rope but didn't get to burn the rope, sian. haha

And jasmine came to our base and tried to burn our rope, i wanted to blow her candle out so i went behind her then i think she wanted to stand up (she was squatting down) and AHH! her head hit my head. ouch, pain. haha i have a small cut right above my right eyebrow. actually at that moment my head was like gonggong haha so i went down to the floor. got abit of blood but not too pain.

my left slipper broke? so zhuting lent me hers while she and jasmine accompanied me to the toilet haha damn funny. zhuting ask me if i want to put plaster then i say i don't want, later my eyebrow hair all come out. haha then she say i can be harry potter, got one scar there. lols!

zhuting help me fixed my slipper while i wore hers and continued playing. Actually it was quite fun.

okay, gahh i can't continue, wwill continue again. mum nagging like crazy GRR!!

TOmorrow's bonding camp, and sec twos planned night games.
haha it's going to be cool? but i hope it won't screw up you know....

Went to school at 11 to prac dance then went 85 to help people buy food.
haha our shifus for dance is super super patient, damn amazing.

read alot of people's blogs today and did alot of thinking, even days before.. love is nothing more than a little more of a hi-bye friendship.
&family love is the most lasting.

no matter how much you say you love someone, be him or her your friend or your partner, when that bond is somehow broken, that "love" won't be there anymore..

But the pay not bad seh, $6 weekdays, 6.50 weekends..

Better off than my sister.
It's her first day at work today.. and it was a horrible experience.
Oh I forgot to mention that I went out with her and my mum to go shop for her clothes to wear to the office.. cost a bomb! she bought blouses, a pair of shoes and a blazier.. in all it cost around like $100+ or something..

And we took sooooooo long to buy everything! because she is forever forever FOREVER sooooo indecisive!

seems like every two years she will come up with something to make my every part of my body ache.


She signed contract on Tuesday and starts work immediately on Wednesday.

I think the pay is $6.50 at ngee ann city there..
As a NEW worker and FIRST TIME working, she actually got a job which is to INTERVIEW others. Don't you think it's so weird? like you just got into the company and then you are already starting to find others and interview them to join the company.
Anyway, it was tough work. She had to go to every department in the company and ask for vacant jobs and what kind of jobs they need people for then go to monster.com to find people that applied for some particular job. After finding people then she must call them up, even if they are not suitable for the particular job she also mustn't just hang up, she must ask for their details so that if other departments need someone like that candidate, then she can call him/her up again.
And the computers in the company are like linked, as in in short, it's lag and there's alot of distruptions in the processing and all.
So she must be fast fast FAST!
Oh and she by chance called up an Indian man on the phone HAHAHAHA and she couldn't understand what he is talking about. (im sorry but im not being racist. it IS a fact that sometimes there is communication breakdown. don't sue me please.)
SO she had to pass the phone to her mentor to handle.
(Wonders how her mentor of age 21 can understand the indian man.)

by the way my sister is 18 and her mentor is actually 21...

she came home totally shagged, and recieved a whole package of nags from my parents.
haha i was being kind not to add in some comments and she didn't rant on me :D

Went for junior prac and it was a pathetic scene.
First guitar was pretty okay but HAHAHAHAHA GUESS WHAT? second guitar, only two juniors turned up!
cheryl and weesen.. other than them and if without the presence of seniors, it will be ... just imagine..

After guitar went to pastamania to eat lunch, the rest of the people besides naomi, lipin, georgina and i went to catch The Enchanted after lunch.
I ate creamy chicken and thank god i didn't puke haha coz very you know..
Out of everyone that ate creamy chicken, i left the MOST!

So sweet right? we wanted to all say thankyou to her after the bbq and presents and stuff but she went off so quickly, I didn't even know she left!

We then went off to tampines mall to buy movie tickets and afterwards xinlin and edison joined us.

We watched Enchanted. haha it's a very nice movie and funny as well!!!

HELLO! I'm back from guitar chalet!
I stayed over yesterday night with

but of course i didn't sleep at all, but yet i don't feel very extremely tired. WHY?
And I haven't eaten since I.. (wanted to say since i woke up but i didn't sleep a wink at all... lols!) since last night bbq, i haven't eaten at all... and i didn't eat much in during the bbq!
i ddin't eat the bee hoon,
i didn't eat the fishball,
i didn't eat the otah,
i only ate a few pieces from the chicken wing,
i ate three taiwan sausages,
i ate a few satays,
i ate a bite out of weiwei's crabstick,
I drank a few cups of orange F&N,
and that's it!!

OH MY! We didn't even get to bbq marshmellows this year...
Most of the sec fours didn't go for the games during the afternoon, they only came for the bbq..

PRIZE GIVING & FAREWELL PRESENTS!
The sec threes presented their presents first, which is something that you can hang on the doorknob and it's related to guitar.

THen the sec twos gave our little guitar model..

Then it was the sec fours turn to give the sec threes presents. They gave them a glass bottle filled with balck sand and there's a note inside every bottle with their respective names on it!

Then the Sec fours gave the sec twos presents.. they gave us this baby thing (post later-forgot what's that called....) can go around our neck de.. it's cute haha

Then they had something for the sec ones as well!

Mrs Koh also had one baby thing for herself and sec two batch took a picture with her! hahahahah!

Everyone ate very little, so alot of food was wasted.. BUT haha this morning we gave it to the BB guys from don't know what school to take it for their bbq..

1 and 1/4 packet of otah
a plate of uncooked potatoes
a plate of uncooked sweet corn

THEY WERE SO IN LUCK!

but i took the packets of sweets, satay sticks and fire starters back home with me, IT BELONGS TO GUITAR! haha next time can use! xD

Mavis forgot her water dispenser so we brought it to her at the escape theme park this morning..

Last night, actually no one really slept EXCEPT ESTEE CHUA!
At first we were playing bridge.. I KNOW HOW TO PLAY LIAO (i think) HAHA XIANGYING, ESTEE AND EDISON TAUGHT ME! (and i had germaine to help me with my cards @.@) -actually they very patient, i'm a VERY slow learner! x) sorry!

Anyway, then our butts started to hurt then we moved up to the bed and wanted to play black jack but we only played one round then they decided to lie down..

Edison was weepeng's bodyguard.
then suddenly they were talking about horny stuff and estee sat up so excitedly to chat about it the seniors said that if you wanna see hoe long a guy's dick is, look at his fingers.. Edison refused to let us see his fingers!

We chat and chat then she went back to lie.. then left the rest of us keep talking..
We talked about many stuff, horny stuff, cruelty to animals, dreams and nightmares, we talked till ghost stuff and weepeng was scared..
Afterwards, weepeng slept then we started to talk alot about ghost..(coz she won't be able to hear us)

There was this point of time when edison wanted to go to the toilet, then when he stood up weepeng suddenly "woke up" and slap him on his butt!
We were all so taken aback! and we started asking her why she did that but she didn't reply, and she looked like she was either very frightened or she is feeling cold.
LATER on, after weepeng really wake up, we asked her why she did that and she didn't even know why she didn't know that she did that!!

Estee kept speaking with Ss behind her words and her "hello?" kept ringing in my mind now!

Germaine had no voice at all! All she could do was whisper, so poor thing.. =/

weepeng was crazy the whole night, she was so afraid of ghosts that she always wanted to be in the middle of us (haha)

xiangying and estee very funny, at first they weren't afraid, then they went down to the toilet together then they suddenly began talking very loudly haha!

There's one time when chengnee went out of the room to the toilet but the rest didn't know, then when she returned to the room, she scared them all.
people, squeezed onto two beds.

Estee told me to go between weepeng and her.
First she said, "Charmaine, come in between us"
*LAUGHS*
Then she said, "Put your legs in between us"
*LAUGHS*
Finally she said, "Put your legs between weepeng and mine body"
*LAUGHS* (we asked her to stop trying.)

The bed was squeezy!
I didn't lie down, and i couldn't sleep! it was already morning and all the rest all were sleeping, except xiangying who was woken up by cheryl "hittings" and her sitting position was uncomfortable..

She wanted to get out of the bed but cheryl's legs were on top of hers i think or something like that, she didn't want to wake chengnee and cheryl up so...

But afterwards she asked me to help her, i help her hold her pillow while she got out, haha but chengnee and cheryl still woke up.
xiangying tried to sleep again on the floor but finallydecided not to. haha we went down to watch tv.. which has no programmes interesting.

germaine woke up.
Then it was estee then cheng nee
followed by weepeng.
Weepeng woke up and went back to sleep.
We went in and called edison up.
haha when he got out of bed and went own to brush his teeth, we all went on the bed to lie.. we looked like packed sardines.

It was funny, no one wanted to get up.
i went to bathe..

deison was tired as well so he got noto the bed.

We were so retarded..... we didn't lock the chalet door and we returned the key already.. LOLS xD

Morning breakfast was foodcourt, germaine xiangying and I didn't eat. weepeng and cheryl ate roti prata, chengnee ate eggtart and estee ate a bowl of noodles.

I bought a litre of water and filled up my bottles and finished the remaining in the big bottle.

Afterwards, we proceeded to the Arcade to play, wanted to play the "spot the difference" game.
But we didn't have the card so we approached a father with his two young sons and asked if we could borrow his card then we return him in real money..
and guess what happened?

He said the card is not his and we could take it. AHAHAHA we were in luck.
The spot the difference game was retarded.
So was the hammering the dog's head thing.. so spastic! only got one try..

Took bus home with estee and chengnee, we all alighted at the same stop. :D


The first thing i did when i got home was pee, i drank alot of water in the foodcourt.
Then I brushed my teeth and washed my face.
blogged, slept for like 4 and a half hours.. woke up at 6

First day of guitar chalet today.
Met up at 12.30 to go buy preparation stuff.
Lucky there's clara's mum to fetch us to the chalet (costa sands) if not we will die even if we take the shuttlebus! haha

Alicia, clara, mavis and i went to mavis' grandma's house to take table for mahjong but we forgot to take raffia string for tomorrow's games.

Wanting and anita went to get balloons for deco.. we blew up the balloons and blue is cursed, because it kept bursting.. lousy!
And our deco is pathetic, only balloons and our banner (which weiwei said not bad! :D)

Because of the stupid rain, we didn't get to play the outdoor games.
Only indoor which is simply charades and the guess what the person is listening to(by humming).
It was quite fun. We also played hai nan ji fan and Polar Bear (similar to murderer)

I ate cha siew rice! YUM! we waited for wee sen for sooo long to arrive at the table with his food so that we could eat our first bite after saying, "DA4 JIA1 CHI1!!"

Went back to the chalet and i joined estee, germaine, weiwei and edison in mahjong...
I didn't play but i helped out x)
Then went home with Estee.

Today was boring and bland but i think tomorrow is going to be much fun! i hope.
And i really wish that it won't rain tomorrow, ruin our spirits and plans.

SATURDAY morning -24 Nov 2007

Woke up early at around 6.30am.
Took a bus to Simei, bought some bread to eat as breakfast and gathered near the Simei Community centre at 8.00am. Most people were there already.
The bus came at 8.30am. We boarded the bus and here starts our journey to Malaysia!
stopped twice at the immigration checkpoints.

Finally reached Kukup.
We went straight for lunch first.
SEAFOOD!
There were crabs, fried fish, vegetables, whiteshells, prawns, pan fried cuttle fish, RICE etc.
The only thing that was missing was meat.

After our lunch, we took a boat to a floating platform rearing fish in the middle of the sea.
The people there showed us different underwater fishes that have different interesting facts.
like for examplem, the horseshoe crab; it has very little or even NO meat at all so people usually don't catch it for it's meat, they eat it's eggs. And it's eggs are not allowed to be drank with coffee because it will cause you to be drunk!

The shark (i don't know what is it's exact name) it has 8 sets of teeth.

Went to our resort, it's actually the one that i went to previously which is the new one that they just built not long ago. and i really like that location alot, thankgoodness we were back there again. :D
i it's slack time! my friends invited my sister and i to go play cards. we played dai di, but was soon bored out. then we wanted to play mahjong but there were only two sets of mahjong and the adults were using it already so after much consideration, sindy and cheryl went to ask for another set to be sent over. but i think they didn't (did they?)

BREAK TIME!!
The people over there sent us fooooood!
Curry and bee hoon and one of the uncles bought pineapples! and OHMYGOD it's sooooo delicious! it's super sweet, much much much sweeter than the ones bought in singapore!
the adults had a break, so finally we had a chance to go play. hahahahah sindy and I are noobs, cheryl and her sister play good. we played and sometimes the adults will stand behind us and guide us, overall, it was pretty fun.
And i learnt more about mahjong! :D:D:D

cheryl, and her sister, and sindy sang karaoke while i played with the little children.
you know what we were playing?
we were playing building a "house" with mahjong tiles! haha and i came to realise that little children are so fickle minded!
one moment they say that the house is tooo big so they build a smaller one with a garden. Then later they say the house it still too big so they build a smaller one! they they say they want to have a bad guy. then they want all the dong nan xi bei to be the bad guys.
Then AIYA they don't want to have bad guys already. so that didn't have a bad guy.
Then they had an ah ma.
Then they don't want they say the ah ma too old, die already.
Then they want a maid. then they say dinner DON'T have food. so that got one tile to be a food.
HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHAHAAHAHHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
But all and all, they had an enjoyable time! look at them so innocent, so naive so joyful.
Three of them respectively ages 5 and two 7. (THAT'S MY FATHER.)




My family wanted to go out and walkwalk so i excused myself from the three kids and they were so agitated! haha they wanted me to stay but i say i will be back soon and will play with them again(shouldn't have said that) and quickly went off.

WEll, my family went for a walkwalk and we almost got lost! haha in a floating platform, they actually had a coffeeshop on it! hah certain places were pretty smelly because, i think most of the rubbish are floating beneath the wooden boards....
...

came back and the three children actually knew i was back! -.- I was in my room when they came in and dragged me out. IWASSOLAZYYYYYYYY but i went with them. (shows that little children have really good memory so you better not promise them something and not do accordingly!)
Continued building a housessssssss and the sun began to set, and it was getting really hot because the sun was shining in..
I managed to persuade the three kiddos to get back into the house..

during my free time, i took alot of pictures of the environment. and when the sun was about to set, the scenery is so nice!



haa i took alot of pictures again and again.
i went out to the jetty area with my dad and sis and we took pictures there, really nice!






Then we went back and dinner was ready!
it was "BBQ" dinner.
We had bbq chicken wings, sotong balls, satay, otak, fried kway teow, rice, steamed fish, vegetables and sambal stingray!! YUM! it's really nice, the food. i love it sooo much! :)

FIREWORKS! FIRECRACKERS! FIRE SPARKLERS!
that was what I played after dinner! but not immediately after though.
at first we bought one that can be held and lighted then sparks will shoot out from the tip, but that one no kick so we got another one that is to be placed on the floor upright and light it up and lots of sparks will shoot and splutter out! that was fun!
ohohoh but we want to play something MORE exciting!
we wanted to buy the one that is fireworks, but that cost 65rm, too expensive so, my father didn't want to buy it for us, so we bought two ROCKETs!
It's to be placed alittle slanted with the help of a holder and you light it up and it will shoot up to the sky and BOOM!!! fireworks! but then no more so also not fun...
But we attracted alot of our friends out to see so someone said aiya let's go buy the fireworks, everyone put in some money la! and it was ON LA! we bought THREE fireworks!

It was sooooo beautiful and hilarious as well! because all of us kept on saying WOW WOW WAHHH OHHHH OOOOHHH WOW WAH! on and on and it was really funny!

When it finally ended, everyone's faces were shining and glowing with joyful smiles. haha it was cool baby.

My sister and I had nothing to do again.
So we wanted to sing karaoke.
AND ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! the little army came out of their room to drag us in to play blind mice! haha at first we didn't want to but later sindy and the rest came out too and they wasnted us to go play so yeah, we went.
And it was really fun! haha everytime i go to kukup (it's mine third time there), we will always play blind mice and there will always be the same old people of my age but it's really coooool!
QIhui is so hard to catch! and sindy is a good catcher!
qihui was actually on the double decker bed, the top part and when sindy went up to catch her, she suddenly disappeared! i thought i had some night blindness and my eyes had a problem! but i realised that actually there was a gap between the bed and the wall so she slide down onto the lower part of the double decker bed. haha funny!
it was fun. qihui wanted to be the catcher but sindy don't allow her to. then finally she agreed but both of them will be catcher. SIGH we weren't let off easily of course! in short while and all of us were caught! hahaha

we played and played and suddenly, we all bu yue er tong and gasped, "wah, very hot leh" haha even in the aircon room we can play till we feel hot. oh, but not to be blamed because the aircon is cut off. haha you won't know what im talking about! xD

so we went out and some of us decided not to play so the game was over.
SUPPER CAME!
red bean soup, curry puff and onion fritters. the red bean soup is not bad and the onion fritter is a thumbs up but the curry puff i didn't try because i heard it tast sweet. O.o!

Had a chance to play mahjong so we played! yay! haha we played till around 1.30am? then cheryl's sister won the final round and all of us went to sleep.

halfway through the night i wanted so much to go pee! but i couldn't find my specs which was in my mum's bag and i had no choice but to go to the toilet without my specs. I was so blind okay, but i was glad i made it there on time! :D

SUNDAY -25 Nov 2007

Morning came round. Im so devastated that i missed the sunrise. SIGH!!! i woke up at 7.30. dang! half an hour late for it. I heard from my dad that it was soooo nice. =/

breakfast had beehoon, fried kway teow, nasi lemak, hot milo, kuehs (e.g. nine layered kueh) it was yummy.
I had a change of clothes then went to play mahjong again! haha.. addicted!
we played many rounds and sindy was on a lucky streak but i managed to win two rounds i think. YAY!

Then it was time to leave the resort.
We walked out to the jetty and took a boat to the land area and had our lunch.
which is seafood once again. but this time the food came very late, we had to wait for so long.

Almost as usal, rice, fried fish(sweet and sour), deep fried prawns(can eat whole including shells), vegetables, claypot toufu, crabs!!
I thought that we cleared the plates but NONO! the other table really clear it all! there wasn't anything left on the plates! OMG so cool! hahahahahhahaha! hilarious! everyone went WOW!

We boarded our coach and it brought us shopping at some shopping centre called Jusco.
It's pretty big and spacious but lack intersting stuff. because most of trhe things could be found in singapore.
We bought Coffee bread to try and then we went upstairs which consisted mainly of a supermarket. we bought coconut meat! wow it's a different kind of coconut and the person was there to cut it open on the spot. then he dumped the WHOLE MEAT out in to a container! i was thinking then, how come no juice? then after buying, i realised. it's a WHOLE BALL OF COCONUT MEAT! AND INSIDE THE MEAT IS SO FULL OF FRESH SWEET COCONUT JUICE! it's really refreshing! DEELICIOUS!

we went down again and bought macs. they had a double chicken burger something like a mac spicy double. but it taste different.
oh yar and they had beef foldover as well!
We bought the first one mentioned. :D

hung around and finally it's time to board the coach.

it brought us through the checkpoints and back to singapore -simei.
we bade goodbye and return to our residences.

I felt like i had left and returned on the very same day.

i know i was supposed to go attend the 2F class gathering at jeremie's house but i was feeling freaking tired so i went home instead.

i slept through till next morning(monday) 8am.

Guitar chalet tomorrow! -28 Nov 2007 sorry, i won't be staying overnight! xD

Lets share a recipe with you guys! Maybe I should share a recipe everytime i blog. THAT, would be interesting.

It's called Chilli Cheese Burritos!

1 tbsp (15ml)vegetable oil
1 medium onion, sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 lb (450g) ground beef
1half cups (375ml) chunky salsa
2 tbsp (30ml) chilli powder
1 cup (250ml) canned kidney beans, drained4 25cm soft tortilla shells
1 &quarter cups (300ml) Cheddar cheese, grated (i love cheddar cheese!)
4 tbsp (60ml) sour cream
1/4 Lettuce head, shredded
2 tomatoes, chopped

METHOD
1. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
2. Add onions and garlic. Saute for 2minutes, until soft.
3. Add ground beef to skillet and cook until browned. Drain off fat.
4. Stir in salsa and chilli powder. Bring to simmer.
5. Reduce heat to medium. Cover and simmer for 1 hour.
6. Add kidney beans and continue cooking for 10-15 minutes7. Place tortilla shells on a flat surface.
8. Spoon ground beef mixture evenly onto one side of each tortilla shell.
9. Place 1/4 cup (50ml) cheese, 1 tbsp (15ml) sour cream, lettuce and tomatoes on top of ground beef.
10. Fold shell over filling.
11. Fold in sides of shells and finish rolling the rest of the way around filling.
12. Garnish burritos with remaining cheese.
13. Serve with chilli sauce.

4 servings


IF you find it toooooo complicated, maybe you can try this simplier one.

1. Take one flour tortilla (taco or burrito size), put it on a microwaveable plate and spread a layer of refried beans in the middle of the tortilla leaving LOTS of room free on the sides for easy rolling. (amount of beans, up to you.)
2. Pour a strip of taco sauce long ways down the beans.
3. Grab a handful of cheese and put on top of the beans and sauce, about 1/4 cup.
4. Microwave 30 seconds on high. (Depends actually, observe your own burrito)
5. Roll it up like a burrito (make it secure!) and microwave 20-30 seconds more.(observe)

1) cubed? PURPLE POTATOES with cut spring onions sprinkled allllll over it!




2) ROASTED CHICKENSS! (OF COURSE not MADE BY THEM, bought from Fairprice.)

3)VEGETABLES! CABBAGES AND KAILAN!





As you noticed, I didn't have any vegetables on my plate. xD

Guitar prac today. Learnt new parts for the song and DAMN (i just recalled that i forgot to take the new scoresheets from waiping. )
Anyway, finally I managed to play the whole song with the rhythm and first guitar. OH! BUT "PITCH-CAR-DO" THINGY DROVE SECOND GUITAR MAD! NAOMI WAS INSANE, SO WAS CLAIRE. INSANE.
I think Mr Shi is damn pro and funny as well.
Heard from Naomi that someone from guitar gave him a stress ball but this stress ball is in a sphere container. Mr Shi open the container and he took out the ball and tried to open the stress ball! Then later he said that he thought it was another container, must keep opening until very small.
WAHAHAHAHAH i think he watched too many dramas.
Mrs Koh NC is getting very irresponsible indeed.

I woke up at 11.50am.
I had an interesting dream.

It's a ridiculous dream, but it's the first dream that I was able to continue it from where I stopped after waking up for three/four times during my beauty sleep.
(Actually when I woke up throughout my sleep, I wanted to get out of my bed and check the time but I was so eager to finish the dream so... xD )
okay anyway... I dreamt that jeanette aw called me on my handphone. "Hello is this Charmaine?" And I was SO shocked. And she asked me if I could be her 替身 and ride a motorcycle for some charity show. (Excuse me, but I don't know how the hell I know how to ride a motorcycle!)
I agreed to her request. And we hung up.
I smsed her, "How did you know my number?"
She replied, "Mediacorp wants you to be my god-something (god daughter?) in return of your kindness."
(apparently she didn't reply what I asked but..)
I said, "But that's weird. Oh but it's cool, I don't mind!"

I was at this BIG building and I saw jeanette aw so I went up to her and I told her I was the one who she called and smsed.
She was friendly and spoke to me before she left to do her stuff.

I was with my mum and sister. We were near the building but they didn't know about this whole thing so they were shopping. There was this stall selling sweets and food stuff so they wanted to buy some. It was really crowded.
I looked out of the shop and saw jeanette aw so I squeezed out of the stall and saw her talking to Adam in the building.
I went over to say hello i think, and adam asked jeanette who I was and she told him..
then my mum called me out so i bade goodbye.
that's it, I WOKE UP!

I think I know why I have this dream.
Because,
1) Yesterday night at 8.30pm, I watched the DEBUT of variety show, "Dude and the seven princesses" which the guest was jeanette aw.

2) Yesterday MIDNIGHT 2.45am, my mum and sister were the last ones whom I saw before going to bed.

3) The advertisements for www.mediacorptv.sg/vidoes. showed adam and he said,"Do you know me? *licks lips* Do you know my secrets? *licks lips*" ( I think that left a deep impression on me.)




I woke up at 11.50am.
10 minutes to when I was supposed to be meeting lixuan and yunxuan.
Oh wow, I rushed.
haha but luckily yunxuan also gonna be late. But anyway, i was around halfway to tampines mall at 12.10.
We watched "The Game Plan" at GV
It's a nice show, kinda touching, kinda funny. Generally I give it a thumbs up.
We bought cheese pasta from GV. It's not too bad, but I wouldn't encourage you guys to buy.
It's $6.50 for a combo.
VERY big cup of drink.
NOT alot of pasta, cheese is NACHOS cheese, bacon bits from hotdogs kind.
Actually I might as well choose to buy from a restaurant.
Though the cup of drink is really HUGE!
But in terms of curbing your hunger pangs, it's a NONO.
WHO wants to drink till you're full? I think that's probably their purpose for making the drink so HUGE and the pasta so NOT alot.

MONDAY - 12/11/07
Went back for a SHORT council meeting.
So, the malaysia trip on 15-17 Nov is cancelled.

Reasons?
1) Dr Boon is away overseas and thus is unable to sign the document to allow us to go overseas.
2) Four teachers were needed to accompany us for the trip there but only Ms Lily Koh and Mr Chua are going.
3) Unable to get school subsidy, so instead of the $80 promise, we'll need to pay around $135
4) Malaysia school holiday
5) Dusun resort have just enough space for us
6) 4) and 5) reasons = will have a lot of people there.
7) Will need to take a 6 hours bus trip there = waste of time, money and resources.
8) Resort unable to accomodate to our plans, generally; TIME.
9) Less than 85 councillors can go for this 15-17 Nov malaysia trip, 85/97 is the minimum number of people needed.

Okay, So we went back for meeting just to SEE these reasons and do a short survey of raising up our hands to see how many people can make it for other dates.
Then we were dimissed.

Kelyn, Yunxuan, Audrey, Vivian, Jinni and I waited for Glen Chua outside G.O coz we THOUGHT he was going with us for lunch but anyway we were waiting for the rain to stop. It turned out that GLEN CHUA was meeting gracia and gabriel.
-.- so we went off (rained just stopped). Went to Long John Silvers to eat.
Then we talked and crapped alot.

Saw GB people.. we continued crapping and talking then finally went off when we heard some mother telling her child that we are very noisy.

Went to CD shop to check out the cd that Jinni's dance coach told her about, and we spent out time there looking around and copying down the songs on the album.

TODAYAnimals probably really have a strong sense of instinct.
I have myanaas living at my aircon compressor.
They were making a whole hell lot of noise and when i went close to the window to scare them away, they flew off, I supposed they sensed my presence and "danger".

When I woke up my mum asked me why today no guitar prac still asked my dad to wake me up at 8?
OKAY, apparently I had answered my dad with a NO when he asked if I had guitar prac today this morning. WOW CHARMAINE~

I thought holidays were holidays, but it's just as busy as normal school days.
School is part of my life.

YES!!! Ihave been waiting for today.
WEDNESDAY!! Because it's the debut for the variety show "Dude and the seven princesses" I have been linging to watch that ever since I read it from Bryan Wong's blog about it. It seems interesting too, from the advertisements shown on Teevee.

I haven't started on any homework yet I'm afraid and I so TOTALLY agree with Lipin about the "I promise that I will do my homework earlier next holiday" policy but finally when the next holiday arrives, that policy never fails to be dumped to the back of my mind.

Im sorry that I forgot about the OPEN HOUSE next Saturday, I really did forgot about it and thus planned to go for the Kukup trip.
