Hey, guess what...I'm finally posting a few pics of the house! A few weeks ago, we did a little switching around in the bedroom department. Holly and Kate decided they like sharing a room, so we moved them in together, and made a playroom with the extra bedroom. (This was my master plan all along...it just took 6 months for the girls to come around to my way of thinking.)

Playroom--don't you love the posed tea party Kate is having? |

Playroom--I wish it was always organized. |

Holly and Kate's room--I love all the windows |

Grace's room--This is house has almost no closets, but it did come with some awesome wardrobes complete with curtains in the windows ;) |

Isn't it funny that there are sinks in their bedrooms? Funny quirk of our house. The top floor bathroom has a toilet and shower, but no sink, because the sinks are in their bedrooms. At least they aren't fighting over sink space...
In other news, I finally setup and started using my sewing machine. With all the kids in school, I have the time to tackle some projects that have been waiting to be done for years. My first project was to make a scripture bag for Kate. She turned 8 on Sunday, and is getting her first set of nice scriptures. So of course, she needed a cute bag to put them in. I even quilted it Vera Bradley-style.
I bought the fabric for this quilt top 5 years ago. FIVE YEARS! My procrastinating skills are amazing. I'm super excited to get this quilted. It'll have to wait til this summer when I can bring it to the States. But I love the fabrics and colors. It's been good to catch up on past projects.
