Videos of a trip gone by

Remember back in April when I went to Florida for Spring Break? Well, even if you didn't remember, here is a video to commemorate the week we were there. With my camera and my skills, there wasn't a lot to work with, so don't judge.

Also, I didn't take my camera to Universal Studios, which is why there is no video of our day there. However, I did take my phone, which may have different dimensions, but still takes video. So here is a less cut down video of that day!

Also, I just liked this.

One day I'll put up a video of the trip I just got back from!
But it is summer, so I can do whatever I want. And right now, I want to read a book instead.

How to Make Jell-O Eggs

Our family Easter Tradition in step-by-step pictures.

Step 1: Get lots of colorful Jell-o

Step 2: Pour each box into individual bowls. While boiling water.

Don't forget to smile!

Step 3: Pour 1 1/2 cups boiling water into each bowl and stir immediately until Jell-O is dissolved.
(About 2-3 minutes)
Step 4: Using a measuring cup (or anything with a spout), carefully pour Jell-O into sealed, lightly sprayed egg molds.
Do not overfill.

Step 5: Refrigerate filled egg molds for a few hours (or as long as you want).
Overnight works well, too.

Optional: Repeat steps 1-5 with different flavors until all molds are filled.

Step 6: Serve on a "nest" of Rice Krispie Treat and green coconut.
