It doesnt take 22 years to find out that humans are the most complicated kind of animals living in this world and yet I can't help but wonder why are we so complicated?

• Why do we always think that the grass is always greener on the other side?
• Why do we always wants things we can't get?
• Why do we always take for granted what we have?

During exams, I complained day and night about how exams should be abolished...Now that exams are over, I feel so bored that I wish I still have classes to attend...(yes, I'm rotting away) Its weird this time around, I don't get post exam excitement AT ALL! Last time, I would be jumping high and low like a monkey with a too high sugar level celebrating the fact that exam has ended although results are not out yet. I still remember last year after final year 2 exams, my frens and I went out for a sushi lunch and walk around and took sticker photos (priceless pictures) :D those were the days...I'm so bored yet I don't feel like doin anything or goin anywhere for holiday.Yup, call me weird....bored yet do not wana go out to enjoy. LOL LOL. I just wana stay at home with a servant to serve me 3 delicious meals a days - hearty breakfast, yummilicous lunch, candlelite dinner, oh so good desserts or supper... LOLLOL...yea i shall continue dreaming. LOLLOL. I feel like shopping but I dont feel like goin out of the house. I wana met my frens but I'm too lazy to go anywhere for trips. Can someone come and shake me up back to reality out of my dreamland? I feel like I've just turned into a monster without any interest in life or have nothing to look forward to. I'm starting to regret..why didnt I choose to fly home and come back again in July instead of spending a month plus here rotting in my own boredom. I cant wait to watch SEX & THE CITY MOVIE..well at least I still have something I am interested in. Its 1.40am now and I am craving for

So much to do, so little time, yet wat am i doing now (blogging) instead of working on my asgmt or revising. sigh. *can someone give me a magic cure to my laziness* Of all time to fall sick, now I fall sick. started with dry cough to sore throat to flu. starting coughing even before I went bristol till today. the flu and cough medic doesn't seem to be effective at all. i'm still coughing and sneezing. as for my voice, I still sound like a toad. bleah. :( feels so moody. when i'm moody, things I bake taste moody as well. tried baking bread and butter pudding on sunday. was craving for it. Forgot to add sugar and it was too soft. When i put it to bake longer I came in my room to call home and ended up talking to my mum till I forgot abt it. So, blah. got a burnt bread and butter pudding.

Feeling homesick again. *sobs*sobs*sobs*

I miss those times at home and when I was in KL. memories make my eyes teary :_(
feeling lonely and stress. Yet I am procastinating. sigh :(

Since ee leen's housemate cook for us carbonara, I always wanted to try doing it myself. I finally tried making my own carbonara. Turns out OK :D hehe. Better than I expected I would say.

Well, sadness apart. I travel down south this holiday.

23 to 26 March - went down to bristol with Justin to look for Lynn & Tyger.

-> the train journey down from leeds was 4 hour 41 mins. we were sooooooo tired.

-> lynn & tyger brought us for supper at mayflower. their beef hor fun is simply delicious!

-> had kfc for the 1st time in UK. super happy :D and then went to cribbs causeway (shopping mall in bristol)



-> dinner at HK Diner. their sam siu min is wow wow wow! kuih dadar as well ! had ABC hehe



-> lunch at BeefEater before visiting clifton suspension bridge. breaded mushroom, pork chop and caramel apple crumble..my stomach cudnt be any happier :D best meal in bristol :D




-> went for asian flavour pizza at Zero Degrees for dinner. had peking duck and mango tandoori pizza. it was not as good as I expected.

-> played monopoly at lynn's place. hahaha....it was so fun......pics not to be posted up..haha :D

27 March - went to birmingham for a daytrip with Justin, Lynn, Soo Chee before coming back to leeds. went to Cadbury World with Lynn. got the chance to taste one cup of fresh cadbury milk chocolate..heavenly~! we went to a malaysian restaurant in birmingham for dinner. Dinner was great! had kangkung belacan, fish head noodle, claypot chicken rice, hokkien mee, prawn mee, char keow teow. some even taste better than back in msia. haha. i think.

28-30 March - Lynn and Justin came to Leeds. gave lynn a small suprise on her bday. brought the two singing machine to d-fusion to sing their heart out but unfortunately they only managed to sing few songs that nite. oh ya. we went to Akbars for dinner one nite and lynn got a complimentary ice cream for her b-day. so nice of tandoori* haha* inside joke*

29 March : Happy Birthday LYNN @ PRESIDENT OF HOPOS , VP OF BABIFIED

-> we cook BAK KUT TEH, made our own yu char kueh and POKER SESSION.



31 March - Happy Birthday Ms.LIANG SOO CHEE, may our PIGSHIP grows stronger as we grow older :P hehe. we went down to manchester to celeb soo chee's bday at Podium and Cloud 23 (Manchester's version of KL's Skybar)

[ Leen in Leeds ]

My long waited parcel of nestum and milo from melaka has finally arrived...whee~!! yeah i admit i live like a nomad. haha since when i was in kl :P

We are having our 1 month Easter break right now and Ee Leen came to visit me on tuesday. And her visit was my 3 round of bday present. haha. Although it didnt turn out as how she planned it to be but GAL, THANK U ! I really appreciate wat u did for me. haha.

When I went to pick her up from the train station, I saw she was carrying a few bags but didnt bother asking why. Then on the way home in the bus, I saw her hugging a plastic bag so dearly so I ask her wat is it? why must she hug that plastic bag. I saw a box in the plastic bag and she wud't let me see it. So I ask her is it something she wana give me? HAHA. ( not i perasan ok...but she make it too obvious that it was something she wana give me later )

Then I ask her dont tell me u bought me a cake? and she started laughing non stop...HAHA...so i guess dat wud be my 3rd '22 b-day cake' this year :P ( leen, I'm sorry to say this but u r not a good actress...haha and dun defend urself by saying dats why u r not studying law. we law students study law not drama/ acting :P ) Da minute she reach home, she stop me from goin to the kitchen. HAHA...I confirm the box was a cake box...but I was so excited and happy. Then later she ask me go in to the kitchen and I saw a beautiful cake! ( Althu the suprised was ruin, but somehow it was still a suprised cuz it was a fresh cream cake...i nvr expect her to buy me that cake. seldom see those fresh cream cake over here)

That nite I brought her to red chilli for dinner, dinner was ok althu the service was really bad. I noticed that nite that each time I went to red chilli I am sure there is one wrong order. I dont undastand wat is wrong with their staffs [ lazy to talk abt how bad is their service ] = (

On the second day, I brought her to Tong Palace for Dim Sum. Hehe...Ee Leen fell in love with their Fried Custard Buns. Their menu was in mandarin so both of us couldnt read wats on the menu. We just ordered wat we felt like eating. The next day we went there for dim sum again as Ee Leen was carving for their custard buns. haha...Two of their workers recognised us and ask if we are singaporeans..haha. We assumed they think we are singaporeans because we speak cantonese very badly. Apparently one of them is from Seremban and Ee Leen started to crave for seremban siew pau after hearing him mention abt Seremban....haha...he told Ee Leen too bad, u cant get Seremban siew pau here.LOL.

On wednesday nite, we tried making sushi...hehehe.....and it turn out yummy & kinda pretty for first timers

[ craving for burgers ]

I've been craving for BURGER KING for like a WEEK and I was so HAPPY & EXCITED that I'm gona have burger king for lunch today!!!! But guess what, when we walk there, I realised the shop was CLOSED! It shifted somewhere else I guess, and I didnt know where is da other burger king shop in the city besides the one in train station, so yeah in the end I didn't get my burger king again. was kinda dissapointed though :(

But hehe on the brighter side I had burger for lunch too...went to McD instead...( the closest substitute to my cravings already) hehe. I really miss burgers so so so so so much. I remember back in Malaysia I eat burgers at least 2-3 times a week ( eat in, delivery, drive thru) or probably even more till at times I get so sick of eating burgers. HAHAHA! But this is like my 3rd time having burger ever since I step my foot in Leeds. sad rite :( although McD here doesn't taste as nice as back home but I'm still happy I get to eat burger for lunch today. Justin and I went to watch a disney cartoon (Horton) after lunch. Its a really funny movie I would recommend everyone...although Justin thinks it kinda boring and yawn so many times thru out the movie. but trust me...its a movie worth watching ! : )

Today, Justin gave me 2nd round of b-day present . hehe. THANK U so much!!!! Although I cant fit into the top today, I will kam fei to wear it one day...hehe. dun worry it wont go to a waste! I believe I will lose weight one fine day..hahaha... HOPEFULLY I will be able to wear it by summer la :P

Cry for hours. I cant sleep when I cry and I cant sleep when I am worried or thinking. althu when i am really sad I wish to avoid the sadness by going to sleep and pretend like it had nvr happen before.

On the eve of my b-day, justin came down from sheffield to celebrate with me.
We went to a Malaysian restaurant in the city centre called "Georgetown" for dinner.

Although the hainanese chicken rice doesn't taste like hainanese chicken rice, but it was really yummy! I regret not ordering it :(

I ordered some claypot rice thingy. its not bad but just not as nice as the chicken rice. then we ordered ice cream for desserts. ( i forgot to take pic of the ice cream) Althu we both cant figure out wat flavour is the ice cream but it is definitely yummy n special, not any common flavour ice cream..and it had cherry on the ice cream which made me super happy! i love cherries!

After dinner we came home and we webcam with soo chee and shelby to countdown to my birthday! hehe. then justin suprised me with my favourite cake, carrot cake! I love it so much that i ate half the cake that nite itself. haha. i have a big appetite when it comes to food i love <^v^>

MY DEAREST FRIENDS planned a suprise bday party for me at BRIO ( a restaurant which I have been bugging soo chee to go with me since few months back). Thank u so much to soo chee, shelby, justin, shi wen, lilian, jenni and zi xian. Thank u so much for the suprise! Although it didnt turn out to to be as how u guys had planned but it was still a suprise to me. Thank u for coming down all the way to leeds from manchester n sheffield. I know u guys are very busy this week yet u managed to squeese ur timetable to come down all the way. I'm really touched by all of ur effort! ( lying to me all along, spending so much $$$ to travel here, presents, cards, cake n the dinner) and I am sorry that u all got drenched in the rain just to make me happy!!!!! and soo chee i know i still owe u an umbrella. hahaha.. will buy u a big umbrella for u as ur bday present k. hehehe. thank u for the cake, those candles are omg...so so so so so cute!!! feels so sad to see them burning away :(
